Q: I followed the included instructions. I am a gamer, it should definitely be working. Yet it will not connect to my switch?

Hi , Please don't worry,we are here to help. Do you mind reset the controller and your switch console first? About how to reset the controller :There is a small hole in the back of the controller, you can try to reset it with a small object. After complete the reset of both system,turn on the switch console.Press and hold the HOME button of the controller for 5 -10 seconds. When the 4 lights from slow flash to fast flash,it will automatically connect,after the connect successful,one light will keep constantly bright. Please try this,this would works usually. Looking forward for hearing from you soon.

Q: Unable to connect controller via bluetooth to my pc. when holding down the middle button to sync, it never shows up in my bluetooth devices. help?

Hi, This controller only support connect to PC via USB cable.

Q: How do you get turbo function to work??

Hold the T button and move the right side joystick up only 6 selections. Up 3 times and down 3 times. But to turn on the Turbo just push the button once.

Q: How long does the battery last?

I've never played for so long, more often 2 to 3 hours a day and only loaded it after 4 days.
