I grow a garden on my roof, but unfortunately my roof is jet black all around. I lay tarps down to provide a different color under the plants other than black in the scorching sun. This worked really well. I think I should have looked to see if they carried it in white though instead, but that was my own lesson learned. The grey does reflect some light, similar to a mirror but muted. It DOES greatly reduce the amount of heat it absorbs throughout the day in full sun on the roof. Despite being in sun for 12 hours a day through the blistering heat, it held up really well this year. I'd say in comparison to the other cheaper tarps I've bought, which last me about 2-3 years, this one will probably double the life-expectancy just based on the wear and tear I've seen on it this year. I'm quite pleased. The seems were well sewn, the grommets were in place as advertised. I don't use the grommets, however, in the other tarps from the abuse of beating sun, blistering heat and high winds and being walked on by my son and I while gardening, the grommets always fall out. These show no sign of that happening yet. Very sturdy. Everything as advertised, and overall good purchase. Thanks a lot.

Very well made. It lasted a good 2 years covering my hot tub in the Tucson sun. Very please. Large and sturdy.

Great thickness and sturdiness, smooth reflective paint layer on both sides. I am getting set of tarps almost each year from local hf store but Amazon Commercial Tarp has better feel to it and I hope these will last longer in my high wind area, high sun exposure area. These are heavy and large, so covering larger/taller equipment it is at least two people job. 1 star down for grommets, which are all over the place. Some 2feet apart, some 4ft, etc... I want my tarps to snug with use of bungee cords, so it does not flap and make crazy noise when canyon winds are passing by. Now I am thinking on getting grommet installation kit, to add grommet at least 2 ft apart. Anyway good quality for the price, and it is delivered to Your door step.

Seems to be very nice quality. Time will tell about durability.

best tarp i ever bought, real thick

*WARNING! I ordered this tarp in December of 2020 to cover my 36 foot toyhauler. It is now July of 2021 and we had a moderate windstorm 2 days ago and the picture shows the results. For the price I paid for this tarp I expected to, at least, get a few years of use from it, NOT 8 months! After looking at the tarp closely I discovered it was severely dry rotted. If this tarp was of any quality material it should have given me years of use. I am very disappointed with this tarp and DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASE!! Don't waste your money! IT IS JUNK!
