Toy Story Mania for Xbox 360 Kinect

We played this in Disney World Hollywood Studio Pixar Land. We loved it so much we got it for my XBox 360 and PS3. Too bad it's not 3D but it's still fun for everyone. My wife and I play til our fingers hurt. She's so competitive at this game it's funny to watch. Kids will love it too its an easy game to teach anyone. Order it, Buy it, Rent it, whatever you want but give it a try.

It's okay. Bunch of mini games. Too tough for my three year old and to boring for my 10 yo. Controls aren't good on the kinect.

Very entertaining storyline. My 9 yr old loves it but my 6 yr only likes some of the games. I play with them as well. Besides reminding you of the movie, it brings great memories from the Toy story Midway Mania ride in Disney's Hollywod studios. I guess it is all just a plot to keep us craving for more Disney stuff.

I picked up Toy Story Mania the other day after seeing it on sale and knowing that my kids love the Toy Story franchise. I played it basically all the way through and I have to say that it is moderately enjoyable but nothing that anyone should run out to purchase. The game is essentially a grouping of mini games all that are pretty easy to make your way through. They all share the common task of shooting discs or lasers at various items that come up each scoring you a certain number of points. There are about a total of 30 games and if you want to go through the whole game it would take you less than 5 hours. Achievements are very easy to earn particularly once you know what you are looking for in each mini game. There were a few of the games where the achievements seemed somewhat busted and you couldn't quite earn them. Overall if you have some young kids who like Woody and want to fool around shooting the heck out of things by throwing flying saucers then this is the game for you.

We were looking for a game for my 6 year old for the Xbox and since he really seemed to love the Toy Story Attraction at Disney we thought this was perfect. It has some of the same scenes as the attraction, but it isn't has easy to control range of motion and direction on the Xbox as I thought it would be like the attraction. We bought this game on the Wii as well for my step-son, which came in 3D, which would have been a cool feature if I could have found it for the Xbox as well. All and all everyone in my family seems to love the game, as we ALL enjoyed the attraction at Disney we went through twice!

It has the movies caracters on it but it is quite boring. A bit hard to play with for kids below 5 and boring for kids above 5.

I love the toy story ride at Disney Studios and enjoy the iphone/itouch game. The xbox game is fun as well. It is hard for my nephew who just wants to shoot stuff up - particularly zombies and opposing forces, but even he gets into it when challenged.
