Fantastic brightness! Just what our dark storage space needed. Easy to install.

After reading many negative reviews on these lights, I was skeptical how well they would work. We have a large garage with a space that's difficult to light up (due to positioning of the light sockets on the ceiling even though there are three sockets). I purchased one unit just to see if it would help. I was very surprised by how much that one unit lit up the entire garage. It now feels like broad daylight when I turn on the light. I bought the Bell and Howell brand, instead of the knock offs, and glad I did; based on reading reviews on the others. This unit is very sturdy and doesn't have cheap plastic parts. I've had it for two weeks so I'm not able to comment on the longevity of the product. It screws in just like any other light bulb. Each of the three lamps are fully adjustable and stay where you adjust them to. The one mistake Bell and Howell made is that I only need one unit. There's no need for me to get more units for the other light sockets.

Needed a bit more light in my basement utility room because there was a singular light bulb fixture for a room that is 20 x 8 feet. Hard to do laundry when you can hardly see anything.. So this is perfect! I already have the quad one for my garage (same deal, one light bulb for a 2 car garage and no current desire to rewire new light fixtures yet) and it worked well enough that I decided to pick this up. I have absolutely NO problem seeing anything, unless I accidentally glance towards the lights... Then I'm mildly blinded for a little. Almost like looking into the sun for a moment. No biggie, just don't stare directly at the lights. I would suggest adjusting their direction with them OFF though.. Perfect fix for dark spaces needing some extra illumination!

Purchased a few of these a couple of years ago for the garage and they are awesome. They give off so much light and you can adjust where you want the light. Bought this unit for the laundry room. Not sure why it took me years to think of this. We have a single light bulb, which have off not light. I took one from the garage to see if it would help.....OMG!! My wife said she could get a sun tan in there it's so bright. So if you need extra light in your garage, utility room or any other area these are perfect. I would not use them in the common area of a house or a bedroom as they are to bright.

I really love the amount of light this lamp gives and that adjustments can be made to angle and direct the light. It's a must for my dark, windowless laundry room. But, I have purchased this lamp twice and it doesn't last more than 6 to 8 months. For an LED light, one would expect it to last longer. I keep buying it because I haven't been able to find anything else comparable.

Great product illuminates my garage perfectly, a whole lot better than those little tiny light bulbs. Functionality is good and you can adjust the different panels in the direction you need to send the light.

I saw this product on TV, and then went to Amazon. Perfect for my garage. At last bright light, just had to screw it into the existing socket. This saved me from a very expensive upgrade to my garage lighting. As to motion sensor, I have no idea, I just flip the light switch, as to longevity, I only installed this yesterday, and it's not on continually. I'd recommend this for a quick fix to make your garage brighter. I purchased it with no intention of using outdoors...
