Fun, but SHORT DVD!
This is an instructional dance video that just happens to be a great way to exercise. Shaun T is a great instructor! My only disappointment is the length...Its only 15 minutes long. For $20, I expected more!

I was disappointed to find out the Dvd was a single 13 minute workout- not a hard workout because it was instructional. And there are no menus to skip to the end part after you learned the moves.That being said, I think he's an effective instructor and terrific dancer- just save the money from this DVD and apply it to a different CIZE purchase

The price....a joke!I was sooo excited and couldn't wait for my order to come in, only to be disappointed. Here are my reasons why: 1) I thought I was getting a DVD with more moves on it (I even tried to view it first before purchasing), 2) I paid $31.65, including the tax, and it says its a "free bonus" valued at $19.95. So I paid more than what it was valued at! 3) The DVD is of Shaun T's basic moves and nothing more. I'm seriously thinking of returning it, due to the price not the product. The DVD seems to be a good beginning point, I just wanted more!

Barely warm.
I like the idea behind this DVD, however, this falls short of what I was looking for. It's one DVD with one 14 min workout. I paid 20 bucks for one 14 min without. No thanks. I'll keep it because it's something new to add to my routine, but I'd like to work up a sweat with a workout video I paid for. This one barely got me warm.

I love them !!!
I love these dance routines !! I surprise myself every time I complete one . I love the challenge of learning the different steps ! Shaun is excellent in teaching and dancing . Amazing . I am 60 years old . These dance routines are very challenging but I feel so great after I master them .

Wasted money.
This is a "how to stand and move your arms in various ways to repetitive boring music workout". Wasted money.

14 mins & Done!
This was the first video that I was able to do the entire 14 mins the first time I tried it. It's dancing, but a nice workout. If you are trying to do something that has you pouring down with sweat - buy something that is an hour in length. This really works for me!

Bogus DVD
DO NOT BUY THIS DVD if you think it's more than 15 minutes! It is just a ONE short workout "Hold your Own" with a series of ADs for other Beach Body Products.
