First time taking copper, literally this evening. I put it in a cold green tea lemonade mix bc that’s how ChatGPT told me it would be best to take (cold with some flavor). Well, I don’t taste anything! Someone else said it didn’t taste like anything in a review so I took a chance. Their slogan is correct: “it’s not what you take, it’s what you absorb” and that is very true. I think I could take this in my electrolyte water but didn’t want to chance it with something pricey. I can’t speak of effectiveness obvious, but will report back. Too many other coppers I looked up were in tablets (5-15% bioavailability in a pill form) so liquid was the best. So many had reported bad flavors. I guess we will see if this really helps or not. I was taking zinc with no copper, which is a no-go. So I will be very happy if this helps and remains flavorless.

I am already feeling the energy boost off of my first dosage! I should have been incorporating this into my regimen.

This copper is great ! No taste just gets job done ! I was told I was anemic but my tissue has a ton of iron ???our bodies need copper to bring iron to our blood . In using this copper I’m no longer anemic. 🙏🙌

This supplement is good but make sure to take with a meal or you will get nauseous.

Great product! Helped to address my anemia. Copper is very important to our our health, unfortunately not many people have knowledge about how important this mineral is to our well-being. This is a great formulation, I also bought multi mineral complex and bone health complex from this brand.
