I Would Definitely Buy This Again. It Works.
the north side of my 2 story home and the attached 12 by 10 deck and stairs was covered in dark green mold after 3 winters and spring rains followed by insufferably humid summers that cloaks the air like a wet wool blanket. I did not expect to achieve anything remarkable from using this product using a hose end application and considering the amount of mold after so many years on this one side of my home. I made continual slow passes from top to bottom working my way from one side to the other. I did not wait 10 or 15 minutes for the product to dry as I figured by the time I had returned to repeat my second pass it would have sat sufficiently long enough. I used the side & jet spray setting to apply under the eaves and the fan spray setting for all other areas. I found it more expedient an less awkward to use my garden hose and spray nozzle for rinsing. the size of the bottle an its weight are cumbersome and tiring when trying to aim it up 2 stories (and not possible for me on a ladder). it turned out to be a lot quicker and allowed for more water pressure to pass at the uppermost areas as well. Using the same spray settings for rinsing as I used on applying, I made several passes top to bottom. The results FAR exceeded my expectations and my light taupe vinyl siding was no longer a Jackson Pollack painting of dark blackish green. using what was left in the bottle, I used the same method and spray settings to apply this to my deck and a 3 foot rise of deck stairs where mold seems to become even more embedded. While the results weren't 100 percent in removal here (more like 90-95%), I think had I used a scrub brush and made a third pass, it would have been the same. but given the deck is fairly old and starting to look weathered, I'm reluctant to blame the product since I was also using the house wash and not their deck wash. There IS bleach in this product. Make sure you wet down surrounding vegetation before and after application. also use protective goggles, gloves and wear OLD garments because any over spray WILL bleach the color out. the bleach isn't over-powering in odor and doesn't necessitate the use of a respirator, but you don't want to risk getting it into your eyes. Last, it's best to apply while the area is out of direct sunlight. the surface will stay wet longer giving the product time to soak in. Two hours later, soaking wet and my arms aching from moving around a 100 foot garden hose (my outlet is only on one side of my home , I would still buy and apply this product myself. It's inexpensive and highly effective. The rest of my 1800 square foot home isn't subjected to the same degree of mold build up and I'm confident that one pass of another bottle will suffice for the remaining 3 walls. It's a great solution for the budget minded willing to spend the time and effort. Highly recommend.

Spray me
Watch the interior washers when you hook it up to a lot of rubber . Has about a 25 foot spray product works excellent. On getting rid of mold can do about 500 square feet with one bottle.

Excellent Mold on House Killer!
Wasn't sure if this was going to do the job, attached hose and away I went! The spray attachment only shoots around 8 feet, but it has a few different selections which all seemed to work fine! It did start to leak where the hose attached when the fluid inside the bottle started running out, I sprayed it once and rinsed which seemed to leave a some of the mold after rinsing! I did a second spray and low and behold after rinsing the whole side of my house (siding) was clean and it looked like it did when the house was purchased!! We have several bushes and assorted floral plants on that side of the house, instructions stated to soak the plants prior to and after application! I did just that and weeks later the plants look fine! There was no discoloration notable and this product did it's job perfectly! Would recommend to anyone with mold problems on their house siding! Very satisfied with this purchase!

Works well if you give it extra time
This review narrowly ended up as a one star review, but luckily a few lessons were learned and I'm happy to say it worked pretty well! Attempt one I followed the directions to the letter, came back ten minutes later and rised. The results were nearly identical (slightly better, but that could have just been from a bit of water pressure, nothing that would make me want to buy this product). Since I had a whole bottle and you can't send it back, I sprayed it on again and gave it closer to 25-30 minutes. Went I went back out to rinse it, it already looked almost like new. After a rinse, I am pleased with the results. Mine did not have any nozzle or spray issues. All worked as intended. With our walk out basement, we were able to almost reach our entire two story home. A few step up on a ladder and I could get high enough I was happy. I do wish it included some sort of water relief valve on it to make it a little less messy. This stuff smells like 100% bleach, so use caution and be careful what you're spraying near. I can see this killing flowers pretty quickly.

Cannot return unused product - know limitations before you buy (e.g. poor reach, lot's of over-spray & a burning sensation!).
Pay attention to some of the notes from the customers to determine if you think this will work for you - because Prime or otherwise, Amazon will not take unused, unopened product back for "safety" reasons. I would have given it 2 maybe 3 stars, but I'm now stuck with unopened product that doesn't work. I used this about ten years ago on a home I had built in the northeast; somehow I keep positioning my homes in such a way as to encourage mold growth - it doesn't seem to happen to my neighbors! At the time, the spray bottle was different and it worked well - I had a single story ranch style home. Here I am back on the east coast again, with another newly built home, and I've found the need to use it again: but this time I had a much different experience. Here are the issues: 1. I would estimate the spray range of the bottle to be maybe 6-7 feet; I couldn't even reach the first story of my home - let alone the second or third story. (I knew the second was questionable, and the third was no possibility). 2. In "Clean" mode, it's not a stream, it's a fan-spray, which makes significant over-spray and reduces the reach even further. 3. With the significant amount of over spray, it burns your skin! 4. It left behind a lot of mold (see pictures). Here are the upsides: 1. It smells like really strong bleach - if you like the smell of bleach 2. It will dry your skin out A LOT (if you like really dry skin this is a plus) 3. It did get rid of some of the mold. 4. I don't think it has discolored the siding (I was concerned about that) Also, because it is a fan-spray and not a stream, do not use it on a day that has any breeze at all or you will get it all over you!

Good product -bad nozzle
Cleaning mixture works well but the nozzle is poor—doesn’t reach the length they advertise —had to use another nozzle I had to reach higher parts of house-soffits
