Exactly what I was looking for no drone, no rode noise, no loud idle it’s the perfect muffler for somone who wants a little more noise when hitting the gas but not deal with the loud when you don’t want it. Cold start sounds nice then mellows out and it’s just enough noise for you to get that dopamine hit

I recently installed this Flowmaster Super 44 on my 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab, along with a K&N 63 air box. These 2 items really wakes up the Hemi and the sound is great to say the least. The best part of this muffler is that you can cruise around town with a deep mellow sound (you'll get a few looks)..... on my truck there is a 8 speed trans with quick shift points so when you punch that pedal it's like all hell brakes loose very loud. ( one comparison from mild manner Clark Kent to Superman....hahaha) people will turn there heads. Also the cabin noise is a little louder than stock nothing too dramatic. Performance seems to be better haven't drove in ECO mode that much but averaging still around 21.7 city /highway combined. Highway is about 24.8 mpg and that is keeping the speed limit of 65 mph. I watched all the videos on these mufflers on YouTube and they do the mufflers no justice. They are great at the price around $80 you can't go wrong....Buy These now! Please note you'll have to purchase a 3"x18"pipe and have a mig welder handy to make up the difference in length or better yet have the muffler shop put them on it's a quick job for them and we'll worth the $100+installation charge.

What an awesome muffler. FlowMaster has produced high quality products for a longtime! This 3” inlet/outlet 2chamber super44 series has a nice tone with very little to no drone on my 17 F150 5.0 . Has a very nice rumble at idle and a deep throaty sound when driving. If your wanting more than stock sound but nothing annoying this is your muffler!

Works flawless

Bought this muffler to replace the super 50 muffler that came with the cat back system for my 2001 dodge ram 1500. At first I was really happy with the flowmaster rumble over the old stock muffler, but I quickly wanted more. Having trouble deciding which one to upgrade to, I chose the 2nd loudest flowmaster has. Unfortunately I am sad to say this muffler is not that loud or obnoxious like I thought it may be. I will not go to the super 10, since that's just nuts! So after driving my pickup with the super 44 awhile, I think it's just about right. Idle on the dodge is just not loud at all, but if you get on the throttle it definitely roars! So in conclusion I will admit I am pretty happy with the super 44 overall, and I'll keep it and learn to love it. It will probably never rumble quite like my 95 z28 with the 80 series flowmaster.

Not as aggressive as I was hoping it lower than I wanted but it's got a great sound and has held up so far !

This is an aggressive muffler so if your current set up is already too loud this will only help reduce the noise a little bit so keep that in mind when shopping around. I was worried about reducing the sound too much so I bought this one and it didn’t reduce it enough (not the mufflers fault at all) I Installed it on my 2011 F150 5.0 with high flow cats and a 3 inch pipe resonator deleted. In my current set up it is way too loud. Would be perfect if my pipes were stock (using the right size of course). Flowmaster has a sort of “loudness chart” on their website. Use that, it states that this muffler will only have minimal decibel reduction and that has been accurate in my experience so take that information and use it however you would like to. I will be buying a more restrictive muffler for my current set up to get more noise reduction, but again, I’m running bigger pipes and high flow cats. I ran the stock pipes and cats without a muffler with no issues but with this setup, it needs a more restrictive muffler. The muffler itself is fine, I just need more noise reduction for my setup.

Just amazing i got 2 for my 2000 gmc 2500 with a 6.0 and man do they ever sound good while keepin it pretty quiet idling and cruising but when i want loud she gets loud

Shipping was not the greatest but it got sorted out. Installed this muffler on my 2011 5.3 Chevy. Exactly what I wanted. Not crazy loud but loud enough to hear it while accelerating. No drone on the highway. Overall very good product and fit perfect over OEM exhaust pipe.

Excelente, instalado en una RAM 2014 hemi 5.7. Y el sonido es profundo al acelerar y no es molesto en velocidades constantes y en carretera.
