I'm using this to reduce the smell of one of my dogs flatulence. Only took a few days to make a noticeable difference. At at 2 weeks no more smell. So yes it works for my purpose.

This company is still organic, I asked them and this is their response: Hi there! We still use organic guava leaves; we switched vendors recently, which caused us to lose the organic seal. We have submitted the necessary paperwork to regain the seal; it is just pending approval.
