So far so good
We bought this for my daughter as she has expressed an interest in digital art and has been using apps to do it on her phone. I helped her get it set up which was pretty easy as in synced to her phone. It is a nice size screen, it is self contained and portable, it has a good quality image, and is responsive to touch and stylus. It functions as a regular tablet but is a wonderful tool for her. Has a decent battery life and she has really enjoyed it so far. If you are looking for something that is a great intro art tablet this seems to be a great affordable option. Since we have only had it about 4 days I will update if anything pops up good or bad, but so far we are very happy with this!

Pleasantly surprised
All around this is a great tablet, I use it primarily for digital art, so I can’t give you all the deatails. The preinstalled drawing app is a lot of fun, and has a very diverse range of mediums. The layers are easy to work with, and the whole program is pretty standard, so if you’ve made digital art before, you’ll be able to pick up quick. I have noticed that if you use a huge airbrush the tablet does slow down a bit, but that’s easily avoidable, unless you need airbrushes. The general feel of the pen and tablet are really smooth and they work together very well, no complaints there. There’s an easy set up, and then you can dive into creating things! If you’re looking for a standalone drawing tablet to bring digital art on the go, this is an epic choice!Update: It’s been a little bit, It could just be a defect on the one I received, but I’ve noticed that it doesn’t hold its charge as well as I’d like

A great alternative to the Wacom Tablet...but requires some troubleshooting from users.
The Huion Kamvas Tablet is a great alternative to the Wacom Cintiq for those who can't afford it but are willing to spend some money on a product of good quality and features. I bought this product at the suggestion of my sister as an alternative and to my delight, I wasn't let down by this device. In the box, you get your screen tablet, a stand, your pen along with extra points and a place to store your pen, a 3-in-1 cable that connects from the tablet to the PC's HDMI and USB input with the other USB going the wall outlet, and a USB extension cord for the wall outlet. The screen tablet is nice and bright so it's easy for you to see your work. You can even zoom in and out of your work or even switch tools with the buttons the tablet provides. The buttons while the pen feels comfortable to hold and grip as you draw. At default, the two buttons on the pen are assigned to the eraser and eyedropper, but you can reassign them with the Huion Tablet app that comes with the driver. These are your bells and whistles that definitely adds more value to the package and will help you create cool designs in your digital design program of choiceHowever, there's a drawback to this device. If you plan to use this device while setting your display at extend mode, it doesn't quite fully work out of the box after you install the driver and connect the device after assembly. I found this out while trying to use this device on Clip Studio Paint Pro and this is a problem that some people might encounter. Not only must you ensure that you uninstall tablet drivers of other brands, but you must also go to your art program's file area, go to preferences, and switch the tablet settings to get it to work. You can see that option in the screenshot provided.Another thing to note is the 3-in-1 cable that is included to plug in the HDMI and USB to your computer. There is a second USB cable there that you must plug into a power adapter so you can plug it towards the wall. It is imperative that you do so as if you don't, the tablet will continue to connect and disconnect due to lack of power. If the power USB cable is too small for you, you can use the extension USB cord to fix this issue.Overall, this is a cool and affordable alternative to the Wacom Cintiq tablets. You are required to fix and experiment with some settings of your art program (GIMP, Paint Tool Sai, etc) to get it to work, but the payoff will be worth it in the end. I do give it my recommendation.

Update: Glad I gave this another chance. OLD: Will give a second chance.
UPDATE: So I got the new tablet yesterday, right on time. I'm glad I gave this a second chance, despite what happened and the other bad reviews. *not that many to me tbh* Anyway screen is solid, and was fully charged, I didn't expect that. The pen is right on point. A few updates, but that's expected. The colors look great, sound without headphones is pretty clear. *My hearing is garbage* but could hear the sound/music/movies etc clearly. Tried a few drawing apps, and found some new ones to replace Sketchbook. I did go and buy the 3-year warranty/insurance since some reviews said it died right after their warranty was up. So if I can get a minimum of 3 years, good enough for me. Will be getting one for the kids next. They destroyed their old tablet so they gotta wait.OLD: From an intense computer user's point of view. The system stats on this tablet are well worth the price. This is the main reason I went with this tablet, and will give it a second chance. When I received the tablet, the packaging was in great/solid condition.I made sure both the pen and tablet had a full charge before turning it on. The tablet came on, but the screen itself would not. The back light came on, but not the actual display. The start-up sound was clear, pen was rechargeable which was fine. Some of the other reviews made me second guess, but after spending many hours reading and comparing other tablets, none seem to come close regarding the stats. Also trying to keep within $200 to $300.00. Seems the best option out of the others.Tldr: Screen non-functional, took several days to receive Doa product. Will update the review after receiving 2nd chance tablet. "Allegedly" arriving tomorrow. 2/26/2024
