Comfy, Lightweight, Perfect size!
I wasn't sure about this when I received it as a gift, but it has worked perfectly! I would definitely buy this item again! We have tried some other lapdesks over the years, but often they are bulky, heavy, or don't balance well enough to be really helpful. This lapdesk is great!Features I love:-Carrying handle makes this really convenient to use anywhere I need it!This might sound small, but it saves time and hassle as I use my laptop in different places while working from home.-Size is just right. The lapdesk is just big enough for my laptop and phone, but not too bulky. The size creates a nice balance and my laptop feels very secure and comfy as I'm using it.-Not too heavy. I don't feel any discomfort when I'm working with this all day.-Cushions are comfortable. I was worried the wrist rest and split cushions might be too hard, but they are perfect. I don't even notice the desk as I'm working.-Split cushion on bottom creates versatility. The split cushions allow me to change positions while sitting and sometimes I even prop the lapdesk on my knees. It also keeps me from getting overheated, since the split cushion allows airflow under the desk.-The surface is nonslip. The desk and mousepad are great for keeping my laptop and phone in place without any fear of them slipping off. I was surprised that the texture is smooth, but still no slip.- Angle of the desk is great for working on a laptop.I do not use a mouse with my laptop, so I can not rate the size or comfort of that aspect. The phone and tablet holders in the back are nice and probably useful, but so far I have not used them. When my laptop is open, it partially covers the phone slot, so it isn't convenient to access it there while I'm working. I just set my phone on the desk while working. As expected, the slots for phone and tablet are sized well, but they are the only part not nonslip. It feel as if the devices may slide or flop around in the slots, so I generally don't use them, but they would probably be helpful if someone was using the desk for writing or a video call.

Wrist Rest too Firm
I wanted a smaller lap desk for using MB A while on the couch and this looked good. Now that I'm using it, I find that the wrist rest is too high and too stiff for comfortable typing for more than a few minutes. The MB Air is so thin that my wrists lay on the rests and then tilt down to type, causing carpel tunnel-like numbness to my wrists and hands.I think I'll return these and look for one with a bar to stop laptop from sliding, but nothing with a wrist rest.

I love this lap desk!
I like the wrist pads. I like that it has a built in mouse pad. I also love the denim material that is on it. Even though the slots don't hold my phone too well, I still get use from them by using them for my flash drive, stylus, and chip reader. It's super comfy too! The only added not i have for this is, use a pillow for elbow support if your workspace isnt a couch or a chair.

Nice except the fabric?!
I've only been using this lap desk a few hours and it's fine except the fabric (denim? burlap?) is so rough and irritating. My skin isn't even sensitive but my arms and legs feel raw from rubbing against the texture. I'm going to have to use a thin blanket between the cushions and my skin just for this to be comfortable. But, it's sturdy and a nice size, and I like the mouse pad. I'd suggest perhaps buying this in a different colour and the fabric will be different and better. The blue is cute but you want something that's comfortable on your lap.

Decent lapdesk
I gave this lapdesk 3 stars for being study because the light weight design makes it feel a little flimsy. It's overall a good lapdesk for working from home or doing school work. I really like the mouse pad!

Very Functional
I really like the built in mouse pad, the space to stand up an ipad or cell phone, and the wrist pad. This lap desk is nice and big and the wood finish looks great. The only thing I would change is to have the bottom pad cover the entire bottom instead of having a strip of padding in the front and another in the back. The pad in the back hits my thighs right above the knees and starts to become uncomfortable after awhile.

It is nice, but had flaws.
So, I got one of these to use in my bean bag chair for my college work. It is perfect for what I need, but it had flaws. The mouse pad was coming off when I got it. A little hot glue fixed it just fine. But, still, you expect a product to be flawless when purchased new. I'm satisfied with it, even if I had to repair it myself.
