Item arrived today.It printed 3 times on the fourth time.It stopped printing altogether. It's too bad,

I received it earlier than suspected which was good. The software and unit was fairly easy and painless to set up. It works well but takes several trials to "dial it in" so it engraves how you want.The negative is that I cannot find the mobile app for my phone. There is a QR code to scan, but it brings you to the app store and gives an error that reads there is no such app. So I posted a question:What is the name of the app to use on an iphone? I scanned the QR code but the appstore said there is no such app.The response I got from the seller was:Kindly pls use browser or wechat to scan the QR code , it will then lead you directly to the Apple store. and pls connet it with the machine after you installed the app sucessfully. thanksThe Apple store tells me there is no app. I was hoping to get the name of the app so I could search it. Perhaps it's not available for the USA.
