I can't say enough about these little miracles in a box! They have saved my face from looking like I crawled face first into an angry ant pile. They perfectly cover blemishes and within a day or two I am able to see results! You can still see the patch, it doesn't magically disappear into your skin seamlessly, but it is by far the best brand I have used considering how well is does camouflage into my skin and rid my poor face of pesky, painful blemishes. They have stayed on in the shower or when I sweat, as long as my skin was not oily when I initially put them on. I even got my twin turned on to these things after she had tried many other brands as well. Highly recommend!

These are great and you can barely see them. You can put makeup right over as well!

This box of refills will fill your pink tin of welly patches if that is what you are looking for. I wasn't sure if they would still be the 4 patches on a strip or if I'd have to cut them to fit in the box I had previously purchased but it is the same 4 patch format for the cute little box so they will fit no problem. Patches work well, best for small sports just starting but help reduce inflammation for bigger ones while I sleep. Recently I had a little grouping of blemishes on my nostril and the tiny ones disappeared and the bigger one got less red and flatter with one overnight use so their current formula works. I have a used a whole tin of these so I now feel like I have a good sense of them. Pros: 1. It definitely stops you from picking at acne which stops them from turning into scabs or getting irritated. 2. They are completely painless to take off. 3. They do seem to help bring up under the skin acne faster, which is nice because those can sometimes be painful and you just want them to surface so they stop hurting. 4. They definitely pull puss toward the surface, so it makes pimples really easy to pop when they're ready with no marks left behind. Cons: 1. They only come in the tins, no refills, which is really wasteful. I'm considering buying another brand of patches refills and just storing them in the welly tin. 2. They don't always work. Most of the time they seem to help pimples go away faster, but other times the pimples will last just as long as they normally would have. 3. All patches are the same size. Overall helpful product, especially if you normally pick at your pimples.

These are fantastic for healing. I dint use them for acne but for the heel of my foot that has a deep crack in it. I take it off to shower everyday, then put a new one on afterwords. It healed in 4 days!! And I’ve no further problems. I ordered 2 more containers so I never run out! Highly recommend this brand. Have the small ones, too. Excellent price and shipping. I hope Amazon never stops carrying these little miracle workers!

I have what come to find out is cystic acne and I still get period breakouts after all these years. (I am 38) Normally my breakouts are not that bad 1-2 pimples maybe 3 every month during my cycle, and a few times a year I get these deep deep deep pimples aka cystic acne that never seem to come to a head or they never have time to come to a head before I set out on a mission to destroy the pimple and my face in the process. Yup that’s me Queen of face picking! Normally I just deal with it and for a week or so out of the month I need extra makeup coverage to hide away the abuse my fingers have bestowed upon my poor face. Then last month my face took turn for the worse, my 1-2 maybe 3 pimples became 16 pimples and 2 cystic pimples. I have been under alot of stress at work and in general so I guess it is understandable but still a bit extreme if you ask me! Then like magic I came across these bandages on Amazon and considering everyone in my house is obsessed with Welly Bandages I ordered them in 5 sec flat! Sadly my order did not come the next day as advertised (2 day prime is a thing of the past) Nor did it come the next or the next! I was at Target yesterday and they had these so I bought them. I used not even joking 16 of the dots they adhered to my skin easily. I did wash my face and I used an alcohol wipe, let my face dry then applied. The next morning I was so excited yet so nervous that they would not work on me, to my disbelief my face was clearing almost healed. Every one I pulled off I could see where it had pulled this gunk out of my face. I had numerous spots that were fresh scabs from picking that had also in one night of wearing the dots had practically healed! I would not believe it had I not seen it, not experienced it, did not believe it even when I paid for them a 2nd time. I was just so desperate I had to give it a try and so so so glad I did! Now on to the TIN! My package was not only late but Amazon sent me a damaged product which clearly was damaged before shipping or else I feel like the shipping packing would show some sign of distress as well. My mom who buys all things Welly now has my other tin from Target bc I told her she could have it bc I have another one on the way! Talk about jinxing my self! Wonderful product, bad Amazon pickers!
