Love this product. It’s effective and so, so easy to take. I prefer to reduce the use of pills and capsules, so this quality product in powder firm is fantastic. Works for my needs. High recommendation.👍🏼

Smells great and helps calm muscles
Creamy and not greasy. Helps relax my legs. It absorbs quickly which is nice. Has a great lavender scent which is soothing at bedtime.

Add to about half cup of fluids an hour or two before bed. Works great. Been using for months.
