Q: Has anyone tried this who wasn't provided a sample for review? Looking for an unbiased review!

I have tried this based on the reviews and I have to say it really works and keeps the lady bits happy. I’m even on a monthly subscription and I can’t recommend it enough. I have never been offered a sample for a review and pay for these out of my own pocket. I can attest as a 42 yr old hormones changing female that it works!

Q: Are these refrigerated?

They don't have to be and they aren't during shipping, of course but, as with most any probiotic, keeping in the refrigerator most likely keeps the potency higher. When I travel with them, I just take the number I need out of the bottle and leave the rest of the bottle at home in the refrigerator. I personally, don't think it's a huge deal if you can't keep in the refrigerator all the time because, I just doubt that the potency changes that quickly unless kept at really extreme temperatures. I just like to refrigerate to preserve as high as count as possible. The directions on the actual bottle state, "for maximum potency, keep refrigerated".

Q: Can these tablets be broken?

Hi J M,That's a great question. Yes, our tablets can be broken in half and swallowed that way. It won't diminish the effectiveness of our probiotics in any way. Hope this helps!

Q: When I received the order, there was no ice pack. The packaged stayed outside till 7pm. Why wasn't there an ice pack to keep it cool?

Hi Maria,Great question! All of our probiotics are shelf stable, meaning they do not require refrigeration. Once opened, they should be stored in a cool dry place, or if you don't live in a cool dry place you can store them in the refrigerator. Please let us know if you have any other questions!
