Keratin Complex - KeraBalm 3-in-1 Hair Balm - 1.7 fl oz

I like this product but I have to use a good amount of it and wish I could buy a larger container instead of having to buy this every month. I have coarse curly hair and it definitely works to keep my curls smooth and tame the flyaways.

Love this product - been using it for years and never had a problem with the pump dispenser. Unfortunately I was in a rush when I ordered and did not take time to read reviews. The bottles I received came from the Healthy Sexy Beautiful storefront and they are definitely selling containers with defective pumps. I bought three and the pump is defective on all of them. I compared these three to a couple bottles I already had and found that the problem is not a lack of tubing - my old ones have the short tube also but work fine. The difference I see is that my older bottles have a disc in the bottom and apparently pumping the product creates a vacuum that pulls that disc - and all of the product - to the top of the bottle each time you pump. It's a great design - when it works. I can't tell for sure if the three bottles I just got are missing the disc or if it just doesn't work as it should. At any rate, I may have found a work-around if you are unable to return your order -- pump the product into your hand with the bottle turned upside down and store the bottle upside down also. Probably will not buy from this seller again though.

This is the best serum I've ever used!!..It doesn't sit on the hair like a lot of serums do, it penetrates into the hair shaft to transform dry hair to silky, moisturised hair..

Packaging didn't match picture. However, my hair feels smooth & definitely has a less frizzy appearance even after hot tool use. My split ends also look better. I'll need to use it for a longer period of time to determine if it repairs hair. You don't get a great deal of product. I'd estimate with biweekly usage, it might last a month. The results are good enough, I'll buy again.

This product is awesome. When applying the product I had my doubts, but I am on day four of my own blow out. It's great!

Hi! I wished I would have taken the time to read the comments before I purchased this. It’s a great product 10/10. It’s just the pump that is defective o pressed it for 2-3 minutes and nothing came out. Is there a newer packaging/dispenser I can find instead?

I can't stop running my fingers through my hair! I'm "29 plus tax tag title shipping and handling" years old, and I have the hair to match. I've only use the product 3 times now so I don't know yet if the 3 weeks and you're out rule is going to kick in (You know that rule that thou shalt not like any hair product for more than 3 weeks & the second bottle shall never as good as the first.) but right now I'm so super happy I had to speak on it. It was a strong purchase I highly recommend it.

I’ve used this product for years. This was the first time purchasing from Amazon. This was either an expired product or I was scammed. The color, fragrance, texture and product performing on hair was all wrong. Also, the pump mechanism did not work but I’ve had that issue before. Manufacturer has now updated their packaging to a squeeze tube container. I’ll continue to buy from actual store.
