Got to taste it and she cooked for me with it this summer Very authentic Turkish taste. Will be buying one for myself now the she is gone. Review: Catches mold - I’ve bought 2 of these bottles. Love the taste of the paste but it literally catches mold between first and second use. They don’t sell a smaller quantity so it’s quite upsetting tossing out a giant glass bottle of this paste after one use.
