FATPLANTS Trailing Succulent Collection (2 Inch, String of Bananas)

I posted a photo so you could see how wonderful she looked right out of the packaging box!So pleased with this little beauty.

The string of pearls arrived in rough condition. The packaging was beat up, dirt had spilled everywhere, and the succulent looked a little worse for wear and dry from the shipping process.No problem I thought, succulents are pretty hardy and I've ordered many plants online before that don't arrive in the best shape - It's the nature of buying plants online - but they usually perk up after a week or two of home care.Not this one, it died after a couple weeks despite me following all care instructions regarding sunlight, temperature, water, soil mix, and drainage.I corresponded with the Seller and from the very beginning they tried to point the blame on me. I asked if I could receive a refund or replacement, and they stopped responding entirely.I can understand a plant arriving in rough shape, shipping/packing plants well is probably not the easiest thing in the world - But I don't excuse the lackluster customer service.Maybe you'll get lucky and get a plant in decent shape, and will never have to correspond with this seller. But maybe not.Buy from a different seller.

The plant is tiny! Very tiny! I know it says 2 in, but the plant is even smaller than the pot. It's just a lot smaller than I expected especially based on the picture. I still gave four stars because the plant looks healthy. I'm hoping the growth takes off. Should definitely be less expensive based on size

Came quicker than expected, safely packaged. Came with instructions as well. Appears very healthy too!

My "dolphins" were dropped off at the door by the postman today. He paid attention (kudos!) to the keep-it-upright message and did not put the box in the mailbox. Even if he did, I believe the plant would have been fine because of the amount of crinkly paper providing protection. The dolphins are now swimming as a hanging plant around the garden. Those which fell off while unpacking I placed into some soil - some just might grow and I'll have a "pod" of them. I appreciated as well the personal note included, which said the company wants customer satisfaction.

Adorable little fellow, string of pearls plant came in very sturdy shipping and plant was not damaged at all. Watered it thoroughly since it had not been watered or had any sunlight during shipment time, and it has been adjusting just perfectly to it’s forever home :)

I have been ordering a lot of plants online lately and this is by far the worst experience thus far. Plant was very very small and I was underwhelmed despite reading the information prior to buying. Too expensive for size and quality.

Comes in the square pot that is advertised not the one in my photo. I repotted the plant when it came. Very beautiful succ to add to my collection. Great price I think I paid about $12 for it. The box it arrived in was very small and had those crinkle like paper shreds for packing material. At first I did not even know what it was and kind of ripped into it. Honestly could have been packed a little better maybe different materials. Not sure what the ratings mean when they say thickness and warmth that is why I did not rate those.Overall great succ would purchase from them again. Seems to be thriving.
