MOOGK6539 Front Lower Suspension Ball Joint for Chevrolet Silverado 1500

Pretty bad when they forget the boots in the packaging... grease zerts were installed cock eyed... I'm losing faith in moog

Incomplete parts. No dust boots. Cost me lots of down time. Ordered twice, and still no rubber boots. Photo is packing as shipped. Never opened. Moog dropped the ball on this one. Finally had To go to the local Automotive Parts Store and purchase. Spent several hundred dollars on Moog products for this project and am very disappointed at this time.

Find product. Moog bests the cheapo options. Replace the whole control arm.

One box had the improper sized castle nut. One had a torn boot out of the box, and the next had a casting error that they cleaned up with a grinder and damaged the boot in the process.. MOOG is not what they used to be sadly.

I liked that it came with everything necessary. Took about 30 minutes to install

This fit my 02 Silverado 2WD perfectly. Be aware, removal of the original is an extremely time consuming job is you don't have an oxy acetylene torch!
