High quality biscuits. Some of the best ginger biscuits you can get. Luxury product so not just for general consumption but a great present or special treat. Expensive for biscuits but I think worth it.

Bought as a Christmas present, not cheap obviously, but the difference between these and a standard supermarket ginger biscuit! There is no comparison - it reminds me of the rare occasions when I go to a really good restaurant and have what sounds like a basic meal but tastes nothing like a supermarket frozen version. Only tend to buy these for special events but handy to have as an option if I can't think of anything else.

Just as expected, and very good delivery time, product is excellent.

Having received a tin of Fortnum and Masons lovely biscuits for Christmas I ordered two tins one for myself and one as a gift. They were ordered from Amazon and arrived promptly, however I was shocked when I opened one tin to find that all but 2 biscuits were in bits. As I could not risk gifting the other tin I opened it at home and only one biscuit was whole! Amazon want a review left with the suppliers-someone called LST which I have done. Understandably F and M say its not their problem but it would have been more efficient if the if a lady I spoke to first had known not to tell to send a copy of the receipt and a picture if the biscuits , because when her promised email address did not arrive I was told by the next person that it was none of their business and i must contact Amazon. Nice biscuits, appalling service from several sources,.
