This set is absolutely beautiful and I'm so pleased, they're like a work of art. It all looks and feels great, washes up well and the sizes are generous too. Plus customer service received from the Vancasso customer service team was fantastic. I definitely recommend the tropical set. The hardest part about this set is deciding which of the lovely colours to use each time.

The product lost a star only because, when we unpacked the set, there was a chip out of the side of one of the bowls. It does not come through into the bowl itself, so is still usable. The plates, dishes and cups are a decent size, lovely colour.

Really nice set but cups stain

Absolutely stunning set, I was surprised by the vibrancy of the colours, they are amaizing. Each one is unique and excellent quality, also, excellent customer service from the seller. I have already placed an order for more dinner plates. My kitchen looks amaizing with them on show.

Our everyday crockery was looking a bit battered and chipped (we've had it 8 years) and we decided - to cheer ourselves up - we'd look for more. We were gifted a set of Rose and Tulipani dinner plates a while back and decided to try to find a dining set that would compliment them - and found these. After a little back luck with the shipping (the seller responded promptly and helpfully to my email and rapidly dispatched a replacement shipment when it was established the first one "was lost") the set arrived today and, oh my goodness, i'ts just beautiful. I'm absolutely thrilled, and so is my 15 year old son who is finally starting to get more involved in the kitchen. Honestly, there's nothing like really good crockery to enthuse a reluctant cook! The colours are, actually, much richer than in the images (I thought, anyway), and matched our existing set perfectly. Everything that arrived was a good size and weight - solid and heavy, but not TOO heavy - and evenly glazed and made. It was, I'll admit a little bit of an adventure getting them, but now they're here I'm absolutely delighted - and excited to serve lunch on them later! Thanks, seller, for your perseverance :)

Ich habe diese Teller bestellt, weil mich mein altes Geschirr absolut genervt hat. Als die Teller geliefert wurden, bin ich vor Freude in die Luft gehüpft. Sie sind super schön. Stabil, robust und auch für die Mikrowelle geeignet. Ich würde sie jederzeit wieder bestellen.

Beautiful plates in very pretty colours. Unfortunately, they seem to be sealed extremely badly. Microwaving for just 1 minute gives such hot bowls that you'll burn your fingers. Even cold bowls leave wet stains on the table, which drives me nuts. When I moved, I packed the bowls, and even plates of the same company, in paper. When I unpacked them, the papers were moist. So the bowls are beautiful, but the quality is very bad.

Die Teller sind sehr hochwertig. Qualität. Farbe stimmt alles. Das Design Super. Ich habe sie erst zweimal benutzt. Mal abwarten, wie lange sie halten. Ich denke. Sehr gut.

Wir haben das Geschirr bereits seit Monaten in täglicher Benutzung, und es erweist sich als äußerst robust (Familie mit 2 Grundschulkindern!). Obwohl es Steingut ist, sind kaum Ecken abgeschlagen, auch nichts zerkratzt, und wir haben es täglich in der Geschirrspülmaschine. Die Qualität ist top.
