Wow, such a little bag moved the needle so much.
Did a soil test and it showed the nitrogen level as depleted. How could 5lbs of this fix that? It did. It was a 400 sq ft back yard, and a couple weeks later another soil test showed it raised the nitrogen level up to average. I am considering getting another bag, but 5lbs seems too much, and I am not sure I can spread 1lb of this over 400 sq ft.I spread it by hand using an old plant food container which worked fine. It is a very fine grain. Amazing however!

Worked for my sweet corn
After reading too much about lackluster sweet corn growth I bit the bullet and bought this. Use far less than you would high nitrogen fertilizer, I burned mine a little bit from guesstimating rather than weighing it. After I used it my wimpy plants took off like rockets and a second application had them ripening at least 2 weeks faster than I expected. Should last 3 years with my setup, around 200 plants.

Nitrogen, make my lawn grow!
Lawn type: ZoysiaArea: Norfolk, VAI'm the type who prefers to do yard work in the late Spring, Summer, and Early Fall. I first applied this before a heavy deluge in August. Side effect? After the rain, it turned the lawn a nice dark shade of green from encouraged growth due to the Nitrogen. I got over zealous and reapplied another round in early September before a rainstorm, which didn't happen. Side effect for round 2? It burned. Things learned: - apply it before a heavy deluge or you can water the lawn (I prefer mother nature do its thing) - apply an even spread with a lawn seed spreader - apply once a month - for zoysias specifically, stop applying after September (read this small bit from a "zoysia" calendar guide)

Rose Bushes bud again
My husband got a land scraper to trim our bushes on July 7th, however he cut back the Rose bushes as if it were winter time and it was awful! Plus we were trying to sell our home! Immediately I went to Home Depot and the guy in the gardening section said how can he help? I showed him a picture of what happened and asked what's a quick fix? He said to plant something with color in front of it and get this stuff off amazon called Urea. So I did what he said and watched some videos on how Urea is dissolved in water to distribute it to your plants. Pictures are the results that happened in less than 4 weeks. 1st 2 pics taken on July 7 / next 3 pics on July 25th / last one on Aug 4th

Be Very Careful
Squash love this stuff, but be careful. It will burn. Ive did the math though. Use 20 grams TOTAL thoughout the year per plant. If you fertilize once a month then divide 20 by your number of feedings. This will ensure that you dont burn your plant. For me its 20 / 7 months. So approx 3 grams per feeding per plant. Thats about a table spoon sprinkled around the plant. If you do it correctly your squash will turn into absolute beast, leaves bigger than your hands. Just epic monsters. My zuchini bush ( 3 plants) took over a 14 x 8 foot space after two feedings of this!So use wisely.

best lawn fertilizer I've tried
I did this twice on my backyard and my lawn looks amazing. I applied it like a pinch of salt. The first time was perfect. The second time I put too heavy of a pinch in a couple of spots and the grass burned. Be careful! Less is more here. But the burn was slight and I thought it looked like highlights in hair. Those couple of sections were gone in two weeks with two cuttings. This really works. Wait until you know a heavy rain is coming and then apply it.

Cut with..dirt?
I bought from this company once before and it as a much better quality. Most recent purchase, noticed it was cut with what appeared to be dirt. Just why. Will not repurchase from this company again.

Want to fertilize raspberry bushes
I bought this to fertilize raspberry bushes as it was suggested I use nitrogen. I was disappointed when I emailed the company (info on bag) and they could give me no idea as to amount or how I should use.
