Nice Bedside commode. It is good quality at a good cost. My husband had surgery for a broken leg & was discharged home from the hospital without the BSC that was supposed to be ordered. I ordered this one as a backup until his extra wide one arrives. This one is sturdy, easy to assemble and has all the right pieces included. It has adjustable height. Made of good material that is easy to clean. It will be used by the bedside or in the bathroom as an elevated seat with arms. A splash guard is included. I also ordered commode liners to minimize odor, make clean up easier and more sanitary. The cost for this one was very reasonable.

When I was told a needed a new hip they also said I would need to adopt my house for my limited mobility. The toilet was one of several items needing attention. The Medline commode was recommended by my PT. Easy to assemble (you fold it out and snap the pieces in the brackets). Strong steel construction with a solid feel Easy to keep clean. Comfortable use for over the toilet.

This toilet seat comes almost fully assembled, so it is easy to use right out of the box. I bought it to take to a medical office where I am a patient because I have a very bad hip, and the toilets there are about 12 inches from the ground! I had a very difficult time getting on and off them. I got the idea to get a folding one that the clinic could store in a closet, and this works for that purpose. It is a snap to release the armrests from the middle bar to put it away, or snap the bar to the armrests to set it up for use. The seat frame basically folds up, and the armrests fold inward over it. The chair is not perfect. It is just wide enough for me at 185lb, and 5.4, and the seat isn't too terribly uncomfortable, but it is far from comfy. It also doesn't fold completely. However, the ease of setting it up and folding it back up after use outweighs the flaws to some degree. The chair has multiple height options. This toilet seat works well for my purposes. If you need it as a full-time toilet seat, you might want to think about finding some way to soften the hard plastic seat.

I got this for after my hip surgery and it worked very well. Easy to assemble, and the liners and pads I also bought on Amazon fit perfectly. I didn’t need it for very long, but when I did, it was a godsend.

the construction of the bedside commode is fine except for one part. the plastic lid of the bucket is very loose, I would say the lid is approx. 3/8 to 1/2 of an inch to small in diameter. there is no chance that the lid will seal the bucket from odor or prevent the content from coming out if dropped.

Just having knee surgery this was a lifesaver because I literally could not get up at night kept it right beside the bed. Pleasantly surprised at how well made it is and how sturdy. Great product thank you

Good design. Sturdy, light, easy to assemble and use. I placed it over a standard toilet to get a higher seat with correspondingly higher arm rails. It sits comfortably and the arm rails are just in the right position. My only wish is a larger seat opening to match my elongated toilet bowl.
