Sturdy and solid. Great for recovering from weak ankles and mild ankle sprain. Also durable and good for mobility and balance.

Bosu ball review
This is a great workout tool and addition to gym or home for a full body excercise. Bosu ball is clearly well made, and feels very sturdy when using. Great product to change up regular excercises to build body strength

BOSU is the best!
The BOSU is a fantastic piece of fitness equipment that I highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their balance, strength, and overall fitness. I have been using the BOSU for a long time at the gym. I finally made the step to purchase my own, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. The BOSU is incredibly versatile and can be used for a variety of exercises, including balance training, core strengthening, and cardio workouts. The unique dome-shaped design allows for a full range of motion, making it a great tool for improving flexibility and mobility. What I love about the BOSU is how easy it is to modify exercises to suit my individual fitness level and goals. Whether I am looking to increase the challenge or reduce the difficulty, I can adjust the intensity of my workout quickly and easily. Overall, I highly recommend the BOSU to anyone looking to add a new dimension to their fitness routine. It's a fun and effective way to improve balance, strength, and overall fitness, making it a great investment for both beginners and seasoned fitness enthusiasts alike.

Well made product!
I used this brand at physical therapy so I knew it was a durable unit. I bought this model because it had the flat service with a full rubber coating and that provides better traction when balance training. I use mine for lower back issues and it really helps! Plus I appreciate that it's made in the USA!

Well built, came fast but have your own air
It seems very nice at first use. The inflater that it came with did not work. We had to use and you should plan to use your own. If you have that handled, then go for it. It appears well built. Also came very fast

If you have used a BOSU for years like me, a no name brand will not make you happy.
If you are like me and are debating between a Bosu balance trainer that you have used at the gym for years and aren't going to the gym right now or a no name generic look alike balance trainer because it is cheaper and how can it be that much different, may I save you the work of a return and just really consider purchasing the Bosu Ball. They are very different. There is no comparison. The BOSU wins, hands down. My experience: I have used the BOSU pro balance trainer for a couple years at the gym. My main thing is building balance. Since I am not going to the gym right now, I wanted a balance ball trainer for home. I looked at the price of The Bosu ball and then the price of the no names. Some of the no names are over 1/2 of the price less than the Bosu. Many of them have great reviews. I chose one that around $85. It had great reviews. I received it. Set it up. Tried it out. I said a bad word because right out of the box freshly pumped with air, I could tell the difference just standing on it with my two feet. My feet were curving out with the curve of the ball. I tried letting air out. I tried refilling it. I measured it from the ground up to make sure I was filling correctly. It didn't matter, there was this new found pressure on the ankles, feet and low calves/shins. Standing on the BOSU trainer feels extremely different than the no name one. On the Bosu trainer, my feet don't curve out. When I stand on it, I feel with the BOSU I am able to correct my posture whereas the other one I was fighting to keep my ankles from turning out. The feel of the material is very different on the BOSU trainer vs. the no name. The no name felt very stiff under my feet. The no name felt like it had to be broken in before it could be effective. Kind of like a new pairs of shoes. The BOSU the material is strong and flexible. Feels good on the feet. Picking up the BOSU is easy. It is made to be easily picked up off the floor. The no name one was a struggle to move because you had to find the little metal piece that was about a finger length wide to pick up. The surface size makes a difference. The BOSU pro is over an 1 inch bigger in diameter. I didn't think this would make difference until I tried doing exercises on the no name brand. I couldn't find my grip and there just didn't seem to be enough surface area. All in all, when I received my BOSU trainer today, I took it out of the box. Filled it within minutes. (the no name took me forever. I thought there was a hole or it was broken.) Stood on it. The let out a big sigh of relief and satisfaction. Having used a BOSU ball for the last couple years, I now understand that there is not another balance trainer that would equate to it.

Bad product and bad customer service
I spent over $150. I opened up the box. I tried to pump it up. It would not pump up properly no matter how hard I tried. The pump did not seem to work. I have previoulsy have used the inflatable chairs at home which was so much easier to fill up with air. After trying to pump it up properly more than 10 minutes, I gave up and requested return. Then, I got an email from a seller about giving me 10% off if I keep the product. I have to give some thought sometime and realized that if I cannot even use the product to fill up due to poor quality control then I can not trust the product to work properly and I will lose the window of return which seems to have preciously the point. I returned the product and got $85 back for a defective item that I did not get a chance to use even one time. Bad product, untrustworthy seller and there are so many other bad reviews to read. And, please, do not make the same mistake I made and save you money and frustration.
