I've been using these for years and I'm very happy with them. They always arrive on time the quality is very reliable, consistent and effective. They are a good value for the money, They're easy to take and no stomach upset or bad taste. I've tried other brands, but these are by far the best I have found.

I take one of these tablets every day. It helps me sleep better and my muscles don't feel as stiff. It's made a nice difference. The bottle is big and lasts a long time. The pills are a bit large, but I can swallow them with water just fine. Good, basic magnesium. It works well for me.

Necissary but lacking mineral

This is a high-quality magnesium supplement that I've found to be very effective for supporting bone health and promoting a sense of calm. The 500mg potency is exactly what I was looking for, and Nature's Bounty is a brand I trust. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because the tablets are quite large and can be a bit challenging to swallow. This might be an issue for some people. Despite the size, the effectiveness and value make this a product I will continue to use and recommend, just with that small caveat.

I’ve taken magnesium a long time. I recently switched to this brand, and immediately could tell a difference. I’m sleeping better, less bloated, my leg cramps have reduced and my poops are crazy regular. Will be purchasing again!

Good value

Helps with relaxation and daily muscle support. Works well and has'nt caused any discomfort.

Nature's Bounty is a good brand. Like a lot of people, I have migraine headaches due to a lack of Magnesium. I take these every morning and have been doing so for several years. I went from having migraines every day to having one or two a year, and that's only when I'm severely stressed. This is a great source of magnesium oxide.
