Great product

I have not ever been consistent with creatine until now. I use 1/2 the dosage and I am seeing great results. The first 4 or 5 days I felt a little bloated like some people say happens with creatine. I now look leaner and feel so strong. I use 1/2 scoop so 2.5 to 3 mg instead of the 5. My son says that works better for woman and he is a bodybuilder. I am not looking at the scales but have lost body fat. I also just mix it into my Fage lactose free yogurt with my collagen powder in the morning. I love my results and will continue to use this product. It’s also the correct creatine to use if you do your research. I highly recommend.

I was a little nervous to try this because I always heard some creatine products make you feel bloated. But I started of small with this creatine with just 1/2 a scoop for a week. And no bloat or discomfort. I increased it to the full scoop the following week and still no bloat. So I really do recommend this product. I usually take it after working out. And I drink as much water as possible through out the day as well. Definitely recommend 10/10!

Amazing. I'm a woman taking 10 g a day and have zero stomach issues with that dosing. I take 5 in the AM and 5 at the gym. It's a super smooth creatine. No bloat (I had bloating with another brand). 1 star off for price. :)

This creatine mixes/dissolves really well and doesn’t leave a gritty or chalky texture. I like to mix it with my electrolytes but you could add it to any drink since there is no flavor. I haven’t experienced any bloating or discomfort from drinking it either. I would say the value for the money is pretty good as well. The container is filler about 3/4 of the way but the scoops are small and it has lasted me awhile.

Recommended from nurse practitioner after being tired from losing weight. Within hour feel energetic without shakey like energy drinks do. Great quality but can be gritty.
