My 90lbs German Shepherd fit the medium perfectly, even though the size chart recommended a large. It is very functional and is a better option for us than having a vest. It is a little wide, but I suppose that makes it easier for people to see. There is a random flap of Velcro, but I was able to strap it over the handle, I might cut it off later. It seems pretty durable and overall I think this was a good find for us!

Very sturdy collar, great material.

I wasn't convinced that this was going to be a quality product, but it's actually very well made. No loose stitches, no fraying, the clip is sturdy and the collar is wide and strong. I got the medium when I saw a few reviewers comment that sizes run big... they weren't wrong. The medium fits my Lab/Husky mix perfectly! My Service Dog "King" has about a 22-23 inch neck, and weighs about 65lbs. We haven't used the collar for long, so I'll try to update this review later on. But I was very happy that his medical alert patch fit on the collar beside the SD patch it came with. We're looking forward to using this through the summer, so he doesn't have to wear his backpack when it's crazy hot. My only complaint so far (not it's not really a complaint) is how bulky it is around the clip... I suppose that's unavoidable. There is also hook velcro under the handle, which will scrape your hand, but I just put a piece of loop velcro over it, and now it's comfortable.

This turned out to be a very wide collar wider than I anticipated My dog seems to enjoy it though.

I used it as a base for a themed collar I put together for my dog. It’s really durable and fairly priced. The color is perfect and I like the handle. Definitely a good buy.

Not sure if this is an Amazon or product issue, but TWICE was sent a small instead of a medium - Obviously if I have a service dog I have health issues, so don’t need the stress of being sent the wrong thing, then having to go through the hassle of returning. There is no indicator on the packaging or the collar of the size - had to get a tape measure and both of these are precisely the measurements given for size Small. Very disappointed as the quality of the collar is good.

I don't like it. The material wears down quickly in bad weather

I have the black one for my retired service dog, and it held up great for many years. I got the red one for my current service dog, and it’s perfect. I put a different patch on it, and I love that you can change the patches. Great for summer if you don’t want to wear heavy gear but still have your SD labeled.
