This curry powder has the best and nostalgic flavor. My mum used to buy and use it 70 years ago, and I’m absolutely great fan of it.

This is the best Madras Curry in the World!!! I've eaten a lot of curry in my life and this company the ship makes the best!!! If you love curry try this one and you will never want to eat a different one in your life. This is true original Indian curry so good that even the pakistanis use it to make their food. I will literally be devastated if it sells out because of my excellent review ... but to be honest it is the best. You can use this from any kind of meat from lamb, chicken, fish, or even seafood, everything tastes better with curry. A little too hot for you don't worry throw a dollop of sour cream on top and you will fall in love with it... No matter what kind of meat you pair it with don't forget about the bismalty rice. I had never bought curry powder before but read all the reviews for this brand... I'm so glad I bought a couple tins! They are incredibly flavorful, and smell super fresh in the tin. And they're TINS, not plastic bottles. So you use the edge of a spoon to pop them open, and then you get a whiff of ginger, coriander, just heavenly. No salt added, just spices. The first tin I got was smashed, but Amazon sent a replacement that arrived in 2 days. The 500 gram tin has a LOT of spice. I've made no fewer then 5 big frying pans full of curry with 2-3 T of powder in each, and the tin still looks like it's 80% full.

This is my first venture into curry powder. I am still experimenting, but my first recipe turned out well. I could have added more, but I definitely tasted the flavor of the curry. I am anxious to continue learning more recipes with this delicious spice! I would definitely recommend this product, especially as it arrived quickly and was not a high cost item. Thank you! This is an UPDAGTE. I am extremely pleased with this product. It has opened a new door in cooking for me. The new flavors and aromas have added another dimension to cooking. This product truly adds flavor and a little warmth, but definitely NOT so much heat to be uncomfortable, even when a large amount is used. I used it primarily for vegetarian dishes and have found it to leave a wonderful addition to whatever I am cooking. I recommend this product to anyone looking for that "something extra" to their cooking. The generously sized container is definitely cost efficient and the it has a great seal to keep the ingredients fresh. Very satisfied with purchase and I will definitely keep this product among my spices!
