Great fruity hot sauce without the vinegary bite of the regular Tabasco sauce. It is hotter so you may wish to use a little less.

It's a delicious hot sauce. The habenero heat has more kick than regular Tabasco, and while they are definitely related (both are vinegar based, plus original Tabasco is an ingredient in this one), this has a much more interesting flavor profile. It balances heat and sweetness in a Jamaican-inspired, fruit-forward sauce that includes papaya, mango, banana, tamarind, garlic and onion. Because there are so many more flavors, I have found this sauce has a more limited range than regular Tabasco, which I can put on almost anything. Still, in applications where this flavor profile works (curry dishes, stews, wraps, Hawaiian pizza, wings), it's WAY better than the OG. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys hot sauce and is looking for something new.
