Beaditive High Precision Detail Craft Knife

Absolutely indispensable to my drawing table. I’ve owned other xacto knives and utility knives in my art studio. And I’ve owned some very good ones. But nothing is as good as this! Its weight, feel, sharpness, ease of replacing blades is all perfection. I use it mostly for cutting paper and sharpening pencils, and it is ideal.

Only downside to this is the placement of the thumb switch. I find myself retracting the blade on accident sometimes while cutting, if my blade is short. But it's easy to hold, the blade doesn't wobble around like crazy, and works well for leather crafting in general.

Exactly what I needed. Cuts well, lightweight not bulky.

First of all, I want to say that I bought this on a whim on Prime day and didn't think I really needed it. Boy was I wrong. It is replacing my standard Exacto #11 knives. This handle is very comfortable, and the blade is absolutely razor sharp (every bit as sharp as your typical hobby knife). There aren't really any instructions on how to change the blade except on the package so that could be better but as long as you don't toss the package right away, you should be able to figure it out. My only mistake/regret is I could have ordered it with an extra set of blades for $2 more if I had been paying better attention. Highly reccommended.

Had mine for over 2 years now! Light, durable, and still slides in and out smoothly! The blades are nice and sharp and if it starts to dull they are easy to break off with the built-in tool on the butt! The blades are extremely easy to switch out and it stands the test of time.

Added a photo of my first test done with it. ( working great with playing card game craft) Don't forget to use a cutting mat because it is really sharp.(I commended the one on photo on amazon too and it is really working great)

This product is even better than it appears to be, I'd give it six stars if I could. Feels very premium to hold with high quality materials with smooth finishing, ergonomics are great (can hold it like a pen while cutting), even the tactile action on the blade retractor inspires confidence. Most importantly the blade itself is sharp on a level that you'd expect from a surgical scalpel. Wish I bought it sooner, will be buying more products from Beaditive on the basis of this in future.

La précision de coupe et la qualité sont superbes, j’utilisais déjà un bon cutter mais après avoir utilisé celui-ci c’est le jour et la nuit. Je l’utilise pour découper du vinyle adhésif et il est parfait ! Moins d’accros et de vagues il coupe parfaitement droit, les lames sont très efficaces. Je recommande les yeux fermés.
