Amazing headlight polishing product. The results are impressive , my headlights look brand new again, clear and shiny with no haze or yellowing. Very easy to use, and the improvement was visible immediately after polishing. It made the whole car look fresher and well-maintained. Highly recommend this product if your headlights have faded over time.

This kit was fantastic and performed exactly as advertised. Using this kit and my drill I restored my headlight covers and they look brand new! The instructions are easy to follow and the kit contains everything you need, except the drill. It was easy to use, even for a first-time beginner like me. I paid a professional a couple of years ago to restore my headlights. He did a great job, but it cost me $100.00. By doing it myself I saved a lot of money . I highly recommend this product! It is easy to use and does a great job.

I’ve personally used it four times since purchasing. The results last for months before any cloudy film starts to return, which shows the longevity is very good. It hasn’t scratched my headlight lenses at all, but it’s extremely important to properly tape around the headlights before starting. If the sanding pads touch your vehicle’s paint, they will scratch it and remove paint. Masking tape or similar protection is a must. Pros: -value for money. the most complete and effective kit in this price range. -good quality items. -came with x1 glove for applying chemical protectant at the end and a decent amount of masking tape to protect surrounding painted surfaces from accidental sanding. -enough items to complete at least x1 set of headlights (maybe two sets if they aren't in too bad a shape). Cons/critiques: you must be extremely careful with the sanding. even with masking tape, it is easy to let your eagerness get the best of you and damage your paint. the sanding discs over lap the edges of the drill attachment, making it easy to cut right through the masking tape and scratch up your paint on your beloved vehicle if you get too enthusiastic. slow and steady wins the race. go easy, take your time. apply two layers of tape, at least. -kit could benefit from at least one more stage of sanding. i think the finish would be even smoother if one more grit of sandpaper was included, before the final wet sanding. 500, 800, and 3000 grit is what comes with. perhaps an additional 1000 or 1500 grit would be a little better. as it comes, i am still very satisfied with the results. with patience and attention to detail, i think you will be pleased with the results. see my pics for before and after. preparation is key. follow instructions carefully. and have some fun! your ride will look years younger when you get those old and faded headlights looking clear again. not to mention better night time visibility. amazing value and good results with a little effort on your part.

This is a great product, it took me a few hours, but the results turned out great. I’m 74 and if I can do it, anyone can. Be careful so that you don’t hit the paint on your vehicle and believe me it’s very easy to do. if you are going to do it, you should watch a video on YouTube or something.. my headlights were covered in a yellow scratchy surface and not very bright. Now they’re bright and beautiful.. great product

Messing with this 3M headlight restoration kit was pretty simple and really effective. i used it on my plastic headlights during a weekend project and the results were nice. it comes with masking tape, sanding discs, and a wax protectant, which made the whole process smooth. now my headlights are clearer, and my car looks a lot newer. definitely glad i gave it a try 😊. if your lights are dull, this kit might be just what you need for an easy refresh.

Mes phare de voiture étaient devenu ternes et un des deux avait été rayé suite à un acte malveillant. J'y ai passé une bonne heure et je me suis appliquée. L'embout s'adapte parfaitement aux visseuses / perceuses réglées en puissance minimum. J'ai respecté scrupuleusement la notice et je me suis permise d'aller vérifier avec un tuto en ligne. il y a suffisamment de disques dans le Kit pour effectuer le job pour 2 phares de bonnes tailles (4x4) . La longueur de bande protectrice est largement suffisante. Pour ma part, j'ai renforcer la protection de la carrosserie avec plusieurs couches de bandes. Il faut de l'huile de coude car même si ça n'est pas compliqué, il faut s'appliquer. Le résultat est pas mal du tout, pas non plus comme neuf car ma rayure apparait encore légèrement, mais on gagne en visibilité et les micro rayure et l'effet terne a quasi disparu. Seul bémol, les lingettes imprégné du vernis qui je pense n'est pas des plus efficaces. Je les ai fait il y a un mois et ça n'a pas bougé depuis

At last year's MoT, the headlights had to be polished by the garage to achieve a pass. Twelve months on, the lenses look hazy again. Took my time with the kit and achieved a fantastic result - almost like new. Plenty of water with the final abrasive pad before applying the clearcoat after drying thoroughly. This final step transforms the lens to near new brilliance. Very impressed and highly recommended!

Excelente kit. Recomiendo usar las lijas dependiendo del estado de tus faros. Confía en el proceso, pues aún tras usar la más fina lo que en realidad los deja como nuevos son los sobrecitos con la toalla húmeda. Me impresionó cómo arregló los faros de mi auto.
