save you money and do not get disappointed
Bushnell Pacifica 20x 50mm binoculars: A Disappointing Experience I recently purchased a Bushnell binocular, hoping for a reliable and high-quality product. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite the opposite. Poor Performance - The focusing mechanism was particularly problematic and very hard to focus. It was extremely difficult to achieve a clear and sharp image, and the focus often drifted. To make matters worse, my binoculars arrived with a noticeable defect in one of eyecup/ eye rubber ring. This further added to my frustration and made the product unusable. *********Not Worth the Money ******** Despite the low price point, I would strongly advise against purchasing this Bushnell binoculars. The combination of poor build quality, performance issues, and a defective product makes it a complete waste of money. Even for a budget-friendly option, I expected a much higher level of quality. Conclusion If you're in the market for a binocular, I recommend looking elsewhere. There are many other options available that offer better build quality, performance, and value for your money. Powerful
Bought these for my elderly aunt. That was a bad decision. 20x binoculars are pretty shaky if you can’t keep your hands steady. Traded her my 8x binoculars for these. I kind of miss the 8x ones. These work wonderfully, though. Just a little overpowered

Took a chance on refurbed, was pleasantly surprised
Bushnell used to be one of the best sporting optical brands, but at some point they went downhill. After a bad experience with a pair of binoculars that had terrible, blurry image quality, double-vision and an inability to actually correctly focus on anything I returned them to the store, and swore off the brand. But years later needing a pair of binoculars that didn't cost a small fortune for a trip, I took a chance on one of the no-name Chinese pairs on Amazon. Turned out to be crap, which I suspected anyway. I then went looking again and found these refurbished for the same price. I took another chance. Ordered these, and returned the Chinese ones. The pair I got was in outstanding condition. They looked almost new except the neck strap was already tied on (and whoever did it did a better job than I would've), a smudge on one of the objective lenses, and a small scratch on the other. I didn't even notice the scratch at first. For half the price of a new pair, I'll take it. Image quality was great, focusing was perfect, and the adjustments for the body were tight and not loose. I can't say if Bushnell's quality has gotten better (some of the reviews suggest it hasn't), or if I just lucked out with a good pair, but I'm happy with the refurbed pair I bought.

Separate views in each eye
Not the best binoculars I’ve used. Lenses seem a bit unclear. It also feels like my vision never quite comes together. It’s like looking through two separate lenses for sure.

Quality and price
Very good price-to-quality ratio and real magnification. If someone needs inexpensive binoculars, I recommend these.

We already owned Bushnell binoculars and wanted a second pair with more magnification. We thought this would be good for seeing longer distances. What we learned is that the great the magnification, the more difficult it is to remain stable at longer distances. The magnification is certainly much better than our 12 X 50. If I want to look in the distance, I just make sure I can steady my arm or hand against some fixed object. What we found is that the higher magnification binoculars are better for small objects that are closer. We do a lot of bird watching and the 20 X 50 allow us to get great close up views of bird perched on nearby branches. The size and weight of these binoculars are the same as our other Bushnells. Both came with lens covers, straps and carry bags.
