adidas Women's Alphabounce Beyond Running Shoes

I have had the Alphabounce Beyond for just over a month or so now and felt that myself enough time to write on honest review. I will start off with the pros and cons for folks who want a summary and then write a detailed review/observation log below. Pros: - Serious bang for the buck (among the best compared to shoes in the same category/price point) - Materials feel premium for such a price point, something Adidas has been generous with for many recent models - Versatile use whether it be for daily tasks/work or exercising - Strong variety in color options as well as an appealing look that seems to feel appropriate for many occasions - Comfortably wide, will accommodate many foot shapes, fits true to size -Easy to clean with a cloth towel and water (light soap if needed) Neutral: -Neither on the light or heavy side when compared to competitors -Tad wider outsole than previous gen shoe that some may find too wide in appearance Cons: -Some may find the laces a tad long if they are used to only tieing single knot laces Considering the price point of this shoe you are getting an excellent deal due to the shoe's ability to be worn in several manners. Upon my purchase arriving I felt no break-in time was needed for the shoe. Runners and those who workout regularly will feel satisfaction in the bounce technology as the sole material seems to offer excellent energy return and stability without feeling overly hard or uncomfortable. This same technology is also great for those who merely want to go on walks and accomplish daily tasks such as grocery shopping or going to a job/career where standing and moving about is typical. The various meshes and layers that make up the shoe provide an excellent sense of lockdown and stability while also providing interesting textures that give the shoe a distinct look and feel. In my book, the most notable material has to be the lining of the inside and well as on the heel tab due to the fact it provides a silky sensation upon entry or exit. The liner also feels great while the shoes are on feet and do not overheat or feel slippery. I also own the previous generation Alphabounce and felt great satisfaction in that purchase as well. This newer model happens to improve a few things here and there, most notably a slightly broader base that feels more supportive, a stronger and more premium looking heel cage, subjectively a better-looking shoe as a whole. As a whole anyone purchasing these shoes should feel they have made a great purchase, my older pair has lasted well over a year with just some wear in the bottom sole; a quick tip, occasional cleaning with an old brush and some water restore the look of these things! Cannot say enough how much I love this shoe! I have always been an adidas guy, but I was skeptical of the new look adidas. After purchasing and wearing these shoes in (which did take a few days to be totally comfortable) I can say that these may be the most comfortable shoes I have owned. It is a huge plus that they also look spiffy with casual shorts, jeans, or gym wear. I wear them for working out (weightlifting mostly) and every day wear. I have not used them for athletic purposes, and I do not think they would make great shoes for any sport outside of road/track running. If you are looking for a comfortable shoe that is mostly true to size and looks great, look no further! Once you get these on and tied they are also easy to slip on and off, an added bonus of time saving!

Bought these shoes for a great deal and am not disappointed as adidas is one of my favorite brands for a reason. These shoes have great grip , very comfortable, light weight and snug, yet roomy and breathable all at the same time. They absorb the pressure of your every step so your feet dont get fatigues if your in your feet alot like me. I would highly recommend these shoes especially if you can get a good deal like I did.

Shopping online these shoes looked beautiful. In person they look even better. However the pair that I received not only had damaged parts but they had clearly been worn before. The shoes do feel premium and I am not worried about quality as they feel durable. I would highly recommend purchasing these shoes but from a different website as the ones I received were probably returned by another customer and the seller didn't have the decency to at least wash the shoes. These shoes are not as comfortable as Adidas NEO Lite Racers's, which is a shame because they cost twice as much.

I really like these for the gym, usually doing around 20 miles a week of running. As a female with humongous feet, I usually buy men's shoes because if I can find a women's 12 that actually fits, they're too narrow. These are wide enough in the toe box, but the top of the foot above the arch is almost too short or small. It's like the toe box can't be laced tight enough, but the laces over the tongue don't have enough clearance from the sole. They're affordable shoes tho, and they carry my bum through my workout just fine.

Best shoes I’ve ever bought sight unseen and not tried on first. My shoe size is normally 10.5 wide but I ordered an 11 and they fit perfectly. I ordered another pair in grey. I have ongoing battles with shoes normally due to one foot having a fallen arch and pain in the heel, so it makes it hard to find comfortable shoes that will make both feet comfortable. I’ve never owned a pair of Adidas before so it’s nice that the shoes fit right out of the box and are comfortable,

I bought an alpha bounce because I work on industrial floors and needed a pair of sneakers with a rigid sole but comfortable. My previous pair is excellent. This one arrives and looks like a miniature sail boat. I'm no size 5 but the previous one is the same size and doesn't look so chunky. Another issue is that the sole is so wide in the front that you run the risk of tripping over your feet while walking. Being very busy, I couldn't return them in time, so I have to accept the loss.

If I could find a basketball version of these that fit the same, but had ankle support, I'd buy them right now. I have used these to play basketball several times, though, and they are all around better than my basketball shoes, except for the ankle support. I like the style and color, they fit great, my feet feel much better after wearing them for a long day of being up and moving vs my previous shoes. I like the soft heel/achilles area that allows me to slide my feet in without hands, and not have to worry about damaging the back of the shoe. Personal preference as I hate tying and untying shoes haha

Great shoes: well constructed and very smart looking especially the red color. Slightly tight in the middle: this alpha bounce has a 8 shape construct; else rest of shoe very comfortable. One of those sneakers you’d wear all the time
