Minimal Cocoa Butter,500g

Seems pure cocoa. Good smell.

My first experience making white chocolate. Move over Lintz. My vanilla bean chocolates were so much better(no picking aluminum foil out of melted candy!) Today is vanilla bean hazel nut and after that vanilla, hazelnut raspberry.

Why did I order so much cocoa butter. This is so much cocoa butter. I used a little bit as a moisturizer, and I still have so much left. This like a lifetime supply of cocoa butter. I don't even like chocolate, so I don't know what to cook with it. If I can mix coconut oil and Vitamin E then I can make my own moisturizer. Anyway, this is a lot of cocoa butter...

It smells like cocoa. I made chocolate out of it.... Everyone liked it. It tasted like diary milk. If u r interested in cooking, then get one. I'm happy with the quality of the product and also the volume of it.

Winter delivery (I ordered in January end) was far more better as the butter was fairly solid and felt fresh. However, when I ordered it in August the butter was poor quality, it was melted which I understand that the weather conditions made it and its completely okay to receive melted cocoa butter but the butter had very strong smell like it was burnt or roasted until burnt which lead to a poor batch of chocolate production and bad texture as well. The winter batch was okay.

It would be my suggestion. Packing can be better. what i mean actually is, if the pieces are in a bar type rather irregular shapes it will be better for us to handle it. There are more broken choco butter powder also inside the pack....the product is good, no comments on it.

Useful for making vegan items like besan laddu, gajar ka halwa, any items where we can't use normal ghee, vanaspati ghee, margarine, butter.

This is my 2nd purchase. The rich smell of cacao is as great as before. I use it as an ingredient to make homemade chocolate and DIY skin balm. Love the ziplock package easy to use and store. Thank you!
