We have had a leaky faucet in the kitchen for a long time. Knowing how expensive a visit from a plumber would be, we attacked the job ourselves. We knew what part we needed and found it immediately on Amazon. It arrived a couple of days later. Installation went smoothly. Presto! No more drip!

This felt like a great value at first but after installing it I don't quite get a tight close on the faucet like how the original used to be. I hope at least it lasts long.

I’ve only had it for a couple months now, but it was a perfect fit. Fixed the constant drip on the faucet. A great inexpensive alternative to the OEM version. Very easy installation. Turned off water, removed handle, removed old cartridge, reinstalled new. Took maybe 5 minutes to do. Even the most inexperienced novice should be able to install! I recommend this to anyone that has a dripping faucet.

While okay to install, like faucet but this valve is plastic and does not have longevity.

it works but ball hand is stick with noise. looks like ball is hard to move, and every time, it has stick noise. in short, it is not smooth or lubricant. not sure if it is single case or common.long term, might disassemble it and exchange the ring with old genuine one(smooth w/o noise) to make it work better. however, in warrenty period, do not plan to do it.
