Olive Wood Praying Hands from Bethlehem with a Certificate Made in The Holy Land (4.5'')

I wanted this item to put on my nightstand to remind me to pray every night. It's a great size, looks just fine, and I am very pleased with this purchase.

I ordered the Olive Wood Praying Hands from Bethlehem with a Certificate Made in The Holy Land. The product itself wasn't of the quality I was expecting according to the picture. They look like they were made from cheap wood with no polish to it. The headline states with a Certificate Made in The Holy Land which did not come with the praying hands.When I contacted the seller asking about this, I did not receive a reply back. When I originally submitted the email, Amazon said if I didn’t receive a reply back within 3 days to contact them. I waited a week and when I tried to contact Amazon there were no options to lead me to be able to contact anyone at Amazon about this product and my dissatisfaction. I bought this for a birthday gift and went ahead and presented it to the recipient, but they were also dissatisfied that the certificate did not come with the gift and the quality was poor. The description of the product is false in a couple of different areas!The system made me rate the product but to be honest I wouldn't give it the 1 star I had to.

Beautiful carved, but bar coded sticker should have been easier to remove. When I ordered, the ordering said the carved hands comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, it came by itself, no authenticity document. Still waiting on it. I bought as a gift and I won’t give it to her without that authenticity document.

No certificate as promised

Only got as as said certificate but yet got nada. Also very small for price
