The Best Filament - Prints like PLA, Post-Processes like ABS, Vibrant Color
I've used a TON of filaments. Nothing compares to this PLA from SpiderMaker. Honestly, I don't want to even leave this review, because there doesn't seem to be a steady supply of it in the US. Where do I start...The color is amazingly vibrant and opaque. The matte quality of this PLA is stunning. It doesn't eliminate lines, but it takes the object down to a softer level of light refraction. And really that's all because....It's CRAZY-Soft for PLA. I wonder if it is even really PLA. The density of it is softer than most PLAs. You can bend objects a very little and they have some give that you don't expect. It's also physically soft and almost oily like Delrin which means it takes sanding very very well. Seriously, it behaves nearly like ABS in post processing. I'm stunned by it.So it's got the easy printability of PLA and the wondrous post processing of ABS. Do I need to say anything else?Thank you SpiderMaker.

Mind blown wow color and wow print
ok ok so I admit I've been buying cheaper filament for a while now, making lots of silly things like the purple snail in the frame, but I was dealing with stringing, lack of adhesion, and honestly just cheap looking prints... I decided to upgrade to something that looked richer, I've tried a few other "premium" filaments and I didn't notice much difference and normally I wouldn't buy anything that wasn't reviewed, but I did lil research and SPIDER MAKER 3d printers seemed really feature full, and again the color!!!! What can I say seriously mind blown, even at .2 it looks incredible, and the COLOR!!!! I'm thrilled!!! Now I just need all the colors!!! I'm using a Wanhao 3 plus, and I printed at 220c with the build plate at 60.

Impressed. Clean over variety of print temperatures.
This is very nice filament. It is soft, so use care when inserting and removing filament from Bowden tube as it does scrape off a lot of dust into the gears. At the cost, I will probably keep some on hand for some specific projects, as with many items, the cost is reflected in the quality of the product. The colors are very nice. Print without any difficult with adhesion, prints solid, nice surface feel. This was my first go with Spidermaker. After reading reviews and variety of favored print settings of reviewers, I was a little confused as to what temperature this filament would print best, so I thought it best to run a temperature calibration print. I posted some pics. Oddly enough to naked eye, I could distinguish very little difference between temperature settings. talk about a forgiving filament :-). I will admit I forgot to add g-code for 185 degree top layer so it printed at 220. The whole print looks so uniform that I am printing another temp test, and staying in attendance to make sure my settings are actually changing the extruder temp. I will post updates if I was in error. Under magnification there did seem to be a little cleaner printing of the v at 215 and a little cleaner oval at 210, so I'm thinking I'll try print settings at 213.Update: I did recheck the gcode on the print and aside from the 185 all the temperatures did adjust per layer. What to say, I am really impressed with this filament, easy printing, very forgiving. The Pokemon I printed in photo, was just a coarse draft I rushed out when filament arrived as my daughter liked the color. It needs a lot of sanding, but again, used fast print settings on Cura.Used CR-10s pro for prints. Creality glass bed.Cura 4.2 standard settings for calibration print.

If you want good prints slow it down, heat it up
This filament has a great look and feelI am making cameras and needed something with better look & feel than your average PLA. Structural strength compared to normal PLA is very lacking, had to double the wall thickness and slow the print speed down to 15mms vs 60mms, and increase the extruder temp to 230. A normal PLA only took 4 hours to print, this stuff now takes 15 hours for the same part.Ender 3 Pro, bed 65c, extruder 230c, 15mms

High quality filament with hard to find matte finish
This filament is significantly more expensive that typical pla, but it's definitely worth it if you are really looking for a flat, matte type finish on your objects even before post processing. The photo captures the difference, SpiderMaker Matte Iron Gray on the left, hardly any glare, and generic light gray PLA on the right, lots of glare. I have now printed a fair amount of this reel through the Prusa MK3s/MMU2 with no issues at all, which suggests it's consistently well produced and meets or exceeds all of its specifications.Note that it comes as a 700g reel, rather than the typical 1kg, so figure that in to your cost estimates. But so far I haven't found anything anywhere near as good for my purposes. Highly recommended.

Good Filament
I purchased this filament in Dark Slate Gray, a rich and beautiful matte color. I printed with this filament on three different printers, CR10, Ender 3 and Ender 5 with two nozzle sizes. Also, I printed using three different nozzle temperatures; 210c, 215c and 225c respectively. All three models printed beautifully without issue and maintained the matte finish at all temperatures. All in all a good find.My only issue with this filament was the price. I would probably buy this filament again, but for the price it should have been a 1kg roll.

Great filament, kinda expensive
One of the best printing filaments I’ve ever tried, and produced the best benchy I’ve made so far. The matte effect looks great and hides layer lines well. It also post processes amazingly because it’s quite soft. That softness comes with a downside, the surface scratches really easily and becomes glossy, so it’s pretty obvious it was scratched. The softness also allows single drive extruders to start grinding easily, which isn’t helped by the high printing temps compared to other PLAs.It’s quite expensive for only 750 grams, a full kilo would’ve been nice for the price
