This stuff is great! Nice cooling sensation and really relieves the pain. I just used it on my double surgery knee that is now arthritic. And I feel a lot better knowing it’s made with natural ingredients!

I had a painful insect bite near knee and when I applied cream to my knee, I noticed instant pain relief and the inflammation of the bite welt reduced quickly. A very effective pain cream of excellent quality.

I am in love with this stuff! It's not as potent as tiger balm or bio-freeze, but it does the job. I have arthritis in my hands and this cream is really soothing and smells great. I also have to say my skin has never been so soft! If you are an athlete with an injury, no I don't believe this would be strong enough for you. But for people who have general aches and pains, arthritis or you have a hard day at work and need a backrub, this cream is amazing. It has a nice cooling effect on the feet too. A little bit goes a long way, so it does last a long time.

This is the first product I've found that helps my terrible restless leg syndrome. One or sometimes two applications make my legs stop twitching.
