Can you confirm the size of the transformer ?i need to check to see if it will fit in the same place as my current 8v transformer

Approx from Birdseye 9cm length by 3.5cm Approx depth (at longest point centre of transformer) 6.5cm If it helps, I have an integrated 8v transformer in my chime box and it won’t fit. I need to take that off and install the transformer in its place.

How long will recordings will be saved if i don't pay a subscription? is it 7 days like the arlo pro system i have? not buying if subscription reqd.

Does it have a receiver end that can be kept inside the house? Or only connects to phone?

I bought an Alexa Echo Show and set that up to view the camera when someone presses the doorbell. You can also use any Alexa devices in the house to notify you when the bell is pressed. This could save you having to buy additional chimes from Arlo.
