Great pick guard, fit my bass perfectly! Make sure to pick one that fits your instrument, the screw placement sometimes varies from instrument to instrument. Easy to put on, and a great way to change up the look of your instrument for not a lot of money! Be wary, a reflective pick guard will show smudges and scratches way easier than a plain black or white one. Not a comment on the product, just a reality of this style.

Like others here have mentioned, and despite the warnings in the product description, this is an absolute *perfect* fit on my 2018 Squier Vintage Modified Jazz Bass V. No need to trim or adjust anything to make it fit, and the screw holes aligned spot-on. For ten bucks it's a fun visual upgrade to an instrument that is surprisingly good, but that I don't feel like I have to take too seriously. It's a great accompaniment to the "goes to 11" volume and tone knobs I already have installed, and it also goes well with the bright orange seat belt strap I use.

It arrived fast and was very high quality looks like original but new and fits perfectly. Easy to install did not have to remove strings. Looks fantastic on my Squire Bass Guitar.

So I found this bass in a pawn shop and the first time I went in they were really busy. I couldn't try it out but one of the employees said it had been there for for a while. 6 weeks later I go back they still have it. This time they are not busy, very slow today. I played it this time and and it was really nice. I got it for $400. The only thing wrong was the pickguard and and it had some dings which I later identified as dirt and cleaned it up really great. The first pic is "before" and second, pic with the lighter colored pickguard is the "after ". Woke it up!

Looks great on the guitar, screws will fit a bit funny if you own a Squier, but other than that, no problems!

I ordered the pick guard to replace the original one on my Fender American Professional Jazz 5 string bass. It fit well well with no issues the only thing it doesn’t have is the cutout to adjust the truss rod which isn’t a big deal to me but it does cause you to have to remove it for any adjustments if needed.

This 10 hole pickguard does NOT fit a modern five string fender jazz ultra bass as advertised. It doesn’t line up with the front pickup, it’s too long for a 2019-2025 fender ultra jazz v. I purchased two colors neither fit.

Looks and feels great! I don’t know why the description says it doesn’t fit Squire basses - it fit my 5-string Squire Jazz Bass perfectly! The black is what it looked like before and the tortoise shell is the one I bought here! Was super east to install too.

I really like how this changed the look of my bass. For something so inexpensive, all the screw holes lined right up and the hole was cut exactly like the original. Takes about 5 minutes to do the swap. No need to loosen or remove the strings. Just be sure to take the thin plastic protective sheet off of it before you use it. I didn't realize it had one and it started to peel off about 3 weeks later. I thought there was something wrong with it. There wasn't. :)

J'avais acheté cette plaque pour la monter sur une Sire V7 5 cordes pour lui donner un look "Atelier Z". Malheureusement, je me suis rendu compte qu'une Sire n'a pas DU TOUT la même forme qu'une Fender Jazz Bass. Attention donc si vous souhaitez monter cette plaque sur un autre modèle que ceux de chez Fender ou une basse qui reprendre rigoureusement les côtes d'une Fender. Sinon, le produit à une finition nickel, rien à dire. Ca aurais été super sur ma basse mais bon.. Au moins j'ai un pickguard en rabe si un jour j'achète une Fender en 5 cordes (ce qui est peu probable, vue la qualité des Fender aujourd'hui..)
