A Good Omega Alternative
Seems to work and I love that there is no fishy taste.

Outstanding alternative!
I had a traumatic brain injury (TBI) and was directed by specialists to take AT LEAST (holy h$#@!!) 4,000 mg of fish oil every day....until the end of time. Yuck. That was four years ago. I have done so, in addition to strict adherence to other exercise, diet, medical and therapy elements, my brain functions passably well today. I tried this, afraid to even hope for a day without the constant taste of fish after every dose. They don't taste nearly as bad, and they are small enough to just toss in a few more to compensate for the lower mg per gelcap (usually take 1200 mg suckers to get it over with). Dunno if they're as effective for brain health, but my stomach and taste buds are MUCH happier, bet! I am buying more now. Already out. Good enough for today.

Gave me acne, unfortunately — YMMV
Sadly this supplement made me break out in cystic acne, even at my advanced age. Not that surprising, since I have the same reaction to flaxseed oil, which an eye clinic had recommended. Guess I’ll have to go back to taking fish oil, for my dry eyes. Nice packaging ensures the softgels don’t stick together, and probably helps keep them fresh too.

A Great Source of Omega 3-6-9 for Vegans like myself.
I have had issues taking Omega fish oil supplements in the past, and since becoming full vegan, I thought I would never find an option. I had seen an article in Vegetarian Times back in 2011 on the benefits on Echiomega so I decided to give them a try based on the article even though at the time I think I paid around 30 dollars for a box. I have been purchasing Echiomega off of their website for years now and have found the benefits to be incredible. I remember seeing a difference in my skin almost within a couple of months and have made Echiomega a cornerstone of my supplements. A couple of months ago, I had discovered that Amazon was selling the exact same product at about half the price of the current price on the manufacturers website. Now my wife and I both take Echiomega as part of our diets with the cost being less than what I paid all those years ago. I can't recommend these enough.

Comes Close to Omega 3
I am a vegetarian and this brand is vegan. It also is very close to Omega 3. It is better than flax seed oil.

Somewhat like allergic sensation
About 20-30 minutes after taking this, my lips and ear lobes started tingling, like allergic type tingling or like the way stinging nettle supplements affect me. Even if it wasn’t an allergic reaction, it wasn’t pleasant. Going to try borage oil instead for similar profile.

Been using this for around 6 months now so feel I’m able to give a good review.I feel so much better, more alert and definitely not so achy ,my blood pressure has been steady too and lower ,so overall I would say definitely worth a go ,you will see the results after a couple of months so keep going

I like this product. It is not tested on animals. The capsule shell is made of vegan seaweed and it contains no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Echium seed has the highest omega 3 so this product is great especially as it is suitable for vegans. However, if you take the full dose (4 a day, which for a vegan not getting omega 3 from fish and eggs is imperative) the product only supplies you for 15 days!! And at £13.99 a box this is quite pricey. This is the only reason for 4 stars and I will nevertheless continue to purchase.

Most importantly it’s vegan. And it dies what it says. Been using it for years now.

I was very happy with the Igennus B-complex and was looking for a good balanced Omega capsule which this one is. Although I eat fish, I find fish oil capsules a bit indigestible, which I can't explain, but I liked the fact that these capsules go down very easily and I don't seem to be getting so many aches and pains this summer despite doing more physical work.
