Excellent product
Was shipped quickly and arrived perfectly intact. Excellent tempura, perfect for veggies or proteins. It's great for shrimp but honestly I got it for chicken stripes and for zucchini and pumpkin. Light and crispy. Awesome price and it's better than some of the usual brands. Will definitely get more.

I have used many different kinds and this seems to be one of the best! Value for the money. I use it for every type of frying because it is very light.

Great product, great value
So simple to use - just add water to meet your desired consistency. I used it on vegetable tempura and on cod fillets. All came out light and crispy, great texture and flavor. And it’s a much better value than the boxed mixes at grocery stores!

Game changing, makes perfect tempura
I love tempura, but never made it before, this batter makes it simple to get perfect results.I used a little dry mix to coat my ingredients (chicken breast, jumbo shrimp, sweet potatoes, etc.), then mixed 1 cup of water with 3/4 cup of mix to make what looks like loose pancake batter. A few minutes in hot oil, and the results are amazing. I decided to try it for southern fried chicken, and it was awesome for that as well.This mix now has a permanent spot in my pantry, 5 stars
