Fits perfectly, definitely helps
I've got the Gen 2 Volt with windshield sensor box, and this shade fits perfectly. PERFECTLY. I bought the gold/black shade, and when it's rolled up on the passenger front, it can throw some glare in your eye if the sun hits it right. The velcro strap's adhesive holds up to the summer heat surprisingly well, but I moved it to the other side so I could roll it up with the black interior showing...less glare than the gold side. My only real complaint is that it gets REALLY hot in the sun, so beware of that. Half the time I just kind of shove the whole thing in the back seat without rolling it up because it's just too hot to roll up.Absolutely worth it, and if I had to I'd buy it again.
