Awesome product. Don't waste money on junk. Works great

These pruners are truly a quality product and a real pleasure to use. The blade/anvil combination (which I like much more than the traditional bypass type) make short work of branches nearly an inch in diameter with minimal effort. The tool fits comfortably in the hand and just about every part of the construction is solid steel save for the plastic hand grip sleeves and the safety locking mechanism. It would have been nice if the pruners came with a sheath or if there was an option to purchase one separately, as I throw these in my backpack when I go rock climbing in case I encounter thorny bushes at the base of the climbs and need to prune them back a bit. I am now 70 years old and this tool will definitely last a lot longer than I will. Absolutely top-notch!

Fantastic. I love it. It has a good weight and balance. It looks awesome and it cuts like butter. I have some pretty hard core shrubs and it slices right through them.

This may be a little more expensive but just like other reviewers this tool gets the job done with minimal effort

i purchased and tested models 1 and 5 at the same time, although they are currently sold on different Amazon pages. LOWE considers them different models but to me the are the same tool in two sizes. fit, finish, feel etc. is identical on both which is to say premium - almost like Jewelry. the difference between the two models is SIZE. LOWE says Model 1 is for medium and large hands and Model 5 is for small hands. i tried both with my mother, me being average size male and my mother average size female. Model 1 fit perfectly in my hand and Model 5 fit perfectly in my mother's hand. so Model 1 has about 20% larger grips than Model 5 but the JAWS are actually about 50% larger and also the metal is thicker on Model 1, probably good for about 50% more strength. in other words Model 1 isn't just for larger hands, but also for stronger hands and vice versa. this is also why it has much larger jaws because with a stronger hand you can cut bigger branches. and here is where i will subtract 1 star - because i also got EZ-Kut RATCHETING anvil pruners at the same time, and those double the strength of your hand with a ratchet mechanism that works pretty well. EZ-Kut has the same size grips as LOWE Model 1. we ended up keeping Model 5 for my mother ( who finds EZ-Kut confusing ) but i kept the EZ-Kut for myself and returned Model 1. for me between Model 1 and EZ-Kut the EZ-Kut is cheaper and better, though of course it feels cheap and comes in ugly colors while LOWE feels ultra premium and is beautiful. for my mother Model 5 is the only one that fits her hand and that she can understand how to use, so it's a 5 star product for her, but Model 1 is a 4 star for me even though they are identical in quality. EZ-Kut only comes in one size, which is essentially large.

Could not be happier with Anvil pruner. It is easy to use and prunes like a hot knife through butter.

柿の収穫と枝の剪定がしたくて近所の人から借りた剪定鋏がこれでした。サクサク切れて切れ味に惚れ込んで自分用に欲しくてAmazonにあったので迷わず購入。 少し太めの枝でもスパッと切れます。長時間夢中で枝切りしたけど指も痛くならず本当素晴らしい。 自信を持ってオススメします！

Bisher das beste Produkt was ich käuflich für Äste also Gartenarbeit erworben habe. Handhabung ist super für eine männliche Person, öffnet gut und schneidet präzise mit nicht allzuviel Kraft. Wer wirklich wert darauf legt sich nicht zu Mühen ist mit der Schere sehr gut bedient. Es muss allerdings auch gepflegt werden. Bedeutet wie ich es bei allen meiner Nutzungsgeräte für den Garten mache werden die ausgeprägt gereinigt und etwas geölt. Es hat sich gelohnt

Tengo una desde hace un año y he comprado otra para tenerla de repuesto porque la pillé hasta más barata que la primera. La verdad es que es de muy buena calidad y corta de lujo.

Mi serviva una forbice da pota robusta, per lavori gravosi e di taglia grande. Con le altre forbici che uso, pur essendo di ottima qualità, trovavo difficoltà a tagliare rami duri e relativamente grossi. Queste sono vere e proprie macchine da guerra, tagliano con facilità anche i rami duri, leggere ed ergonomiche, fatte per lavori intensi. Do questa recensione dopo averle usate per due giorni potando alberature nel giardino, con legni non proprio morbidi, senza stancare la mano... dulcis in fundo: io ho le mani grandi e con queste forbici non ho preso neanche un pizzicotto sulla punta delle dita. Ovvio che la lama battente non è indicata per potare rami verdi o delicati come quelle dei frutteti. Sono molto contento dell' acquisto perchè ho risolto un grosso problema.
