It helps with stretching
This slant board is the best. I bought this for my daughter as she has Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. It helps her stretch without over stretching as she is hyper flexible due to EDS. She loves it and has helped her with the pain she had in her calves, ankles and heals.

Did not work on all angles
Oddly this one didn’t adjust to the lowest angle, I can use the middle setting so I kept it.

Previous design was superior
This is getting a 1-star plain and simple because the current design is not even being manufactured properly! I have received two and returned two now. Same issue every time, the lock board is not proper design and cannot go to its lowest position. Proper inspection, like the previous design had, would have caught this but Fitterfirst is choosing to skip that now but price is WAY to high for them to take such a lazy approach. Think about a different brand for this reason.
