I ABSOLUTELY LOVE these and almost every LorAnn Emulsion! COLORS: The first picture shows the Red Velvet Cake with white chocolate chips (lots of color in that flavor!) Pumpkin spice is a coffee color, so plan to add food coloring if you want it to look orange. The other flavors are neutral-colored, too. FLAVORS: Pumpkin spice smells really good but tastes fake to me and is the only one I won't buy again. Princess cake & cookie is my favorite and tastes like buttery sugar cookies. Cream cheese flavor is not to be mistaken with cheesecake ( LorAnn Artificial Flavoring Oils, Cheesecake Flavoring Oil, 1 Ounce Bottles ) and none of these flavorings offer any kind of sweetness, so plan to use sugar or the like. Red Velvet is a perfect flavor match for what you expect it to taste like! These emulsions are strong and it doesn't take much to give a great, rich flavor without the artificial taste or all the calories! I use these all the time in pancakes, smoothies, and on vanilla ice cream but my FAVORITE is to make healthy, flavorful homemade protein bars that are high in fiber and protein but still taste amazing! Here's the recipe if you are interested... (makes 3 bars) STEP 1: Mix the following and then microwave this liquid for 2 minutes on power level 4: ~ 3 to 4 tbls Vitafiber Syrup (VitaFiber IMO Sugar Free Syrup, 28.4 fl. oz) ~ 1/2 tsp of flavors Lorann Oils Bakery Emulsion and have tried and like: Buttery Sweet Dough, Red Velvet, Princess Cake, Cream Cheese Emulsion, or even flavored water concentrates! SUGGESTIONS: *For savory options, try a scoop of Marmite Yeast Extract, S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix, or Better Than Bouillon, Organic Chicken Base, *I do NOT recommend artificial flavors: Pumpkin, Rum or Peanut Butter which taste horrible (in my opinion) STEP 2: While heating the syrup, I mix: ~ 5 tbls of UNFLAVORED Whey Protein Powder (Whey Protein Powder Isolate by BulkSupplements (1 kilograms) | Clean & Pure Unflavored 90% Isolate for Men & Women | Build Muscle Mass & Burn Fat Fast) if I am adding a LorAnn's flavor (or just choose a flavored protein you like) ~ 1 tbls coconut flour ~ A few "chunks" of something yummy (For Sweet, this could be butter cookies, dried blueberries, yogurt raisins, fruit snacks, etc. or for savory maybe add some chucked chicken, jerky sticks, nuts, crackers, whatever you want!) STEP 3: When the hot syrup is ready out of the microwave, mix the powder into the liquid until mixed well. Spoon the mixture into silicone bar pans ( Freshware SL-113RD 9-Cavity Narrow Silicone Mold for Soap, Cake, Bread, Cupcake, Cheesecake, Cornbread, Muffin, Brownie, and More ) and refrigerate for as little as a half an hour and they are ready to eat! I'm writing another review about my experience with the main company after the resellers here on Amazon sent me damaged products. The main company was so kind, they responded to my email in less than 24hrs, were so sweet and helpful, and got me replacement bottles shipped asap. The replacement bottles just arrived and I have to say I'm impressed by how well they were packed and how fast they were delivered. 10/10, great experience! Also the flavors are incredible!!

These do seem to work better than traditional extracts. I wish there were more flavors.

These taste delicious. I just wish they were more affordable. The princess one has the best flavor when added. In my order prince, red velvet, cream cheese. I wont get to pumpkin until fall

Overall flavor is good. They ass a special something to my cakes and frosting that people rave about. The red velvet flavoring is VERY RED! Princess cake flavor is amazing in sugar cookies!

Nice flavors.

Arrived on time but disappointed that the pumpkin spice was expiring in 2018 as the other flavors had an expiration in 2019. By the time I want to use the pumpkin spice in the fall it will be expiring.
