Great starter set
These work as needed for fermentation. My husband loves the glass weights. He has used these several times and has made pickles and sauerkraut several times. I throw all except the small pieces like the silicone ring in the dishwasher.

Outstanding Perfomance, Material Quality, especially for the price.
Very few times have I been surprised when purchasing anything online. This was one of those times. I received this order 2 days early, Packaged exceptionally well and spotless, it arrived and I immediately opened. Th materials inside are quality made and perfectly protected and organized in a closed cell foam fitted box. I must admit I was excited to try them out and did so that day. They performed exactly as expected. Once the ferment was completed, the materials were easily broken down for cleaning. Quite an amazing experience. Outstanding company and products. Best tool for the job
I would and will likely order this again. First off, the packaging was spectacular and it came safe and sound. I then receieved a follow up email making sure it had from the seller. Great service there! Furthermore, the insteuctions were both informative and easy to understand by explaining why and how. Fermenting is a lot simplier with this kit and they fit several brands of wide mouth jars. It lets me make more at once since I dont meed to spend as much time burping and checking the liquid levels. Great product!

Works buy quality control and consistency not great
Works great for fermenting garden vegetables from tomatoes for Bloody Mary mix and tomato soup to peppers for hot sauces. Bought two kits one arrived with a fill mark on the air lock the second kit did not have a fill line. Have to eyeball where to fill compared to one with the fill line. Aside from that inconvenience still works fine
