It's very easy to use. Simple plug it in any power socket of your home and let it's magic work... packaging is very nice and product built quality is amazing. I observed better power factor as soon as I plugged it in. It consumes no power at all and corrects the homes power factor and saves you from power factor surcharge bringing the electricity bill low. Edit: I returned it. It didn't work for me. And I don't about the product but manufacturers are clearly fraud.
