BRAHMRASAYAN|(1 KG)

This comment is in reference to the issue raised regarding the misleading advertising earlier. After raising the issue with the Amazon customer service next day I got mail from company's end which mentioned that there was a problem with printing on labels I.e. on 1kg container weight mentioned is 500 gm as shown in pic 1 which was a printing error/technical error as described by the company. Thereafter the company took the issue seriously and after finding the mistake they sent me two containers one for 500 gms new packaging and one bigger container which still has printing error of 500 gm but has quantity of 1 kg as shown in pic 2. I really appreciate the way, whole issue was handled immediately as I wasn't asking for any compensation on this non returnable item but still company sent me the token of gratitude for bringing this mistake in light. They personally called me up for satisfaction of the issue that is really appreciable. I reported it as I felt bad on last purchase most of customers check the details mentioned on the container which created the issue. Now I am writing this review in satisfaction of the issue raised and thankful to the company for the way it values it customers. I would recommend SRI NAVJEEVAN RASAYANSHALA brahmrasayan for purchase as the product is good in quality but more for its commendable after sale service.ABHUDAYA ji CEO Sri navjeevan rasayanshala thanks for your valued concerns.....stay blessed

Taste isn't that good but it isn't too bad either,it might take u some time to adjust but it's okay.
