Put a few on my deck in a way no rat could avoid.Camera alerts me in the depth of night, someone is on my deck.Check footage and a rat zipped past these, maybe not over but avoided nonetheless.Smart Alecs.Next day I hear a scuffle. Rush onto the deck and a very angry squirrel is trying to rid himself of a new piece of sticky clothing. Donning gloves and talking gently, I really don't know how I did it, but between my pulling and his pulling he broke away, but he did leave a bunch of furr behind.Couple days later, the camera goes off again.This time, a groundhog was wearing a new sticky tiera on his head. He stupidly lumbered off not to be seen again. Until the neighbor laughed calling me up, asking if I had seen a groundhog with a new headband. I said, headbands are popular about now.He trapped and relocated the poor animal, removing the glueboard.So far, no rats want this stuff.My problem rat is gone though, haven't seen him in months. Somebody probably got him.The boards might be better for mice or insects. They are very sticky.That's my story and I'm sticking with it.

So I bought this about four different times for four different family members and it has done a remarkable job! I my only problem is that the adhesive will stick on any thing including pets so keep away from the family dog.

I placed 2 boards together and a rat got caught but escaped both boards at once. This product maybe works for mice but definitely doesn't work for rats

I’ve tried many different glue boards, but these were the best. Period.

They work, but I had purchased another brand that was better- I’ll update my review with other brand once I look it up. This brand the plastic is really hard to peel off glue. Like grandma probably would struggle. That being said, the actual glue was strong, but I don’t think as strong. Multiple ones I laid out had rat hair stuck to glue but rat was gone. Did not happen with other brand

These glue words have worked wonders for catching the small mice, about the size of your thumb, that are not big enough to set of traditional snap-traps. Truly a great asset.
